At our latest review (August 2026) we compared 39 luxury and premium properties on Mallorca against the same standard: sustained guest scores on both Booking.com and Google — weighted by how many reviews sit behind them — five-star class or an equivalent premium level, a genuinely first-rate location, and facilities that set the hotel apart. 37 made the cut and are listed above.
As a guideline we look for around 8.5 or higher on Booking.com, but no single number decides on its own. When the two sources disagree, the broader evidence wins — which is why a hotel can be included despite a modest score in one channel, as explained below. Guest scores on this page update continuously, and the selection itself is re-reviewed at regular intervals. The full standard is described in how we choose hotels.
