“Convenient, relaxed and genuinely family friendly; the kind of break that will leave most people happy. We visited as a large family group in April 2026. From the outset, the staff made a great impression. Everyone was warm and helpful, but special mention goes to the gentleman overseeing the activities, he had a brilliant way with my toddler son, chatting to him every day in passing. On our final morning, while we waited for the shuttle, he spotted him again and sat down for a proper 5–10 minute conversation. That sort of natural kindness stands out and is the kind of thing that brings families back. The entrance and lobby feel very premium, though that polish doesn’t fully carry through to the rooms. Our junior suite worked, but with one child in a cot and another on the pull out bed under the sofa, the layout wasn’t ideal. Once the kids were asleep, the only place to unwind was the balcony, and moving around the kitchenette or bathroom risked waking them. A layout rethink would make a big difference for families. Food wise, the buffet will suit the majority of guests. The variety is extensive, dinners change nightly, and the children’s options are good, especially the pasta station where kids can choose their pasta and keep it plain or add one of several sauces. For me, the quality of the adult food can be hit and miss. For example, I had tuna one evening: one piece perfectly cooked, the next clearly dried out from sitting too long. Timing is everything at a buffet, and catching dishes as they’re freshly brought out makes all the difference. We unfortunately didn’t get to try the à la carte restaurant as it was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate our group size. It’s a shame, as I suspect we’d have enjoyed it more. Allowing guests to reserve à la carte slots at check‑in would prevent people missing out. While breakfast included a good selection of self service hot drinks and chilled fruit juices, dinner drinks were a different story — everything had to be ordered separately and came with an additional charge. For a resort positioning itself as five star and offering all inclusive or half board packages, this felt like a money grabbing measure that genuinely detracted from the experience. Overall, it’s a convenient, low stress family escape with standout staff and things to keep children happy. With a few tweaks, especially around room layout and dining access, it could be even better.”

“We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, huge breakfast buffet, lovely facilities (gym/sauna/mini golf etc), hotel is modern, staff were very friendly. We arrived after mid night and the hotel had a beautiful buffet left for us with wine! This was really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The staff also made a special effort for our daughters birthday which made her day ! The only downsides were the pools were quite cold and food at lunch/dinner was ok.”

“Just back from our 9 day stay, fabulous place , great food and staff. The children aged 4 year old twins plus 8 and 10 year olds had a super time. The kids play area needs shade! Too hot for them and equipment gets too hot to play on. Please use some sun sail shades. We asked got this last year too. Marian who heads up the kids teams was wonderful. Must mention Agnes from the restaurant buffet area, plus Julian and Juan , Victoria and Iliane on reception , they were so helpful and pleasant however Simone was not! Rude and tricky describe her attitude! The guys who collect our cases etc were lovely. Hopefully we will come again,”

“Returned from a fantastic trip to this hotel. Third holiday here and it seems to be getting better every year. It’s not cheap but we feel it’s definitely worth the extra money. A particular thanks to the kids entertainment team. My son has Down Syndrome and they were absolutely amazing with him and my other 2 kids. Hotel is definitely suited to families and in particular younger kids. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”
