The room was spacious and clean, huge breakfast buffet, lovely facilities (gym/sauna/mini golf etc), hotel is modern, staff were very friendly. We arrived after mid night and the hotel had a beautiful buffet left for us with wine! This was really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The staff also made a special effort for our daughters birthday which made her day ! The only downsides were the pools were quite cold and food at lunch/dinner was ok.”

When our family needed extra support during our stay, they went well beyond their duty to make sure our holiday was still an enjoyable and memorable one. “Definitely would not class this as a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3 or 4 max. Food is revolting and always served cold at the à la carte restaurant. Came out within 3 minutes of ordering so had obviously been cooked a while prior and left sitting. Also booked a room with a hot tub, paid extortionate amounts to be told they are all down for maintenance Is very kid friendly, good pool choices”
“Returned from a fantastic trip to this hotel. Third holiday here and it seems to be getting better every year. It’s not cheap but we feel it’s definitely worth the extra money. A particular thanks to the kids entertainment team. My son has Down Syndrome and they were absolutely amazing with him and my other 2 kids. Hotel is definitely suited to families and in particular younger kids. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”
“We had the most fantastic stay - we stayed all inclusive, the dining options were all great and the buffet varied every day, the kids loved trying new things!! Our split room was perfect, meant we had our own space away from the kids which was perfect. The pools had everything to keep the kids entertained and the lap pool was great to take a break from splashing and manage some swimming!! The entertainment varied every night, some hits and some misses but the enthusiasm was always there. And big shout out to the Kids Club staff - they were incredible!! First time our kids have actually asked to go back to a kids club. All in all a fantastic stay, definitely keen to check out the other hotels in this chain!!”
