“Absolutely top hotel! Delicious food, nice personal, nice location (front beach and not having problems with rental car parking, because near the hotel there are Lots of free spaces). We wanted a late check out opportunity, because our flight back was at 21:45. At the reception they informed us, that they are full booked and cannot give us late checkout option, BUT … they let us use all hotel things, including SPA and POOL, including brunch at the restorant (between 12:00 And 15:00 for no money), and we got the opportunity to use showers and rooms To get dressed for our travel back. This is absolutely top range of hotel Service and private/personal Attitude. For sure we will get back to Mallorca and we will stay again in this hotel!!! Ps - choose a room with sea view !!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic, directly on the beach, which makes it perfect for a relaxing vacation. We had a room with a sea view and the view was absolutely stunning – waking up to the ocean every morning was a highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurant staff deserves special recognition – they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The reception staff, however, seemed a little overwhelmed at times and not yet fully coordinated as a team. Still, they remained polite and tried their best. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a decent selection, but for a five-star hotel we expected something a bit more exceptional. Also, everything is self-service. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending and, in our opinion, one of the best options in this location.”

“We had a great time in this hotel starting from the very welcoming and friendly Manu during the checking. Not to mention Stefania at the breakfast welcoming us every morning with a big smile !!! The location is good front of the beach and close to many restaurant. The spa is very well maintained by amiable staff. I had an amazing massage experience with Irene, the therapist. She knows how to balance between strong and relaxing pressure based on the response of the tissue. She took even the initiative to make a drainage lymphatic in a zone of past surgery without telling her. This is how you identify people passion Globally the experience was great and I do recommend to stay in this hotel if you come to Palma.”

“Hotel with a stunning location, very professional service, with large and well furnished rooms. I stayed in 515 and the only I thought was strange were the little bedside tables. The spa was also very good. I made a massage with Paola. I asked her for advice on which massage to choose. She explained the different options to me and recommended the Spa Signature massage. It was a very good 105 minute full body treatment that helped relieve the tension in my back. She respected my wish for silence throughout the session. Paula was very professional and her manner was kind and courteous. I highly recommend her. We will return next year.”

“A Masterclass in Hospitality – Thank You, Pablo Canada After spending several weeks traveling throughout Europe and staying in numerous luxury hotels, we encountered a wide range of service experiences. While many properties offered beautiful facilities, very few demonstrated the level of genuine hospitality that we experienced at Pure Salt Garonda in Mallorca—and that was entirely because of Pablo Canada, the General Manager. We had reserved a three-night stay through American Express Travel and, as we often do, requested a high-floor, quiet room. Upon arrival, we were assigned a second-floor room directly next to the elevator. While the room itself was spacious by European standards and well-appointed, the air conditioning was unable to adequately cool the room. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue—including maintenance visits and requests for a room change—we were ultimately provided with a fan to circulate the warm air. Unfortunately, it resulted in a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. The following morning, we packed our bags fully intending to check out and request a refund. That’s when everything changed. The morning front desk team listened carefully, showed genuine empathy, and immediately contacted Pablo. From the moment he became involved, the experience transformed completely. Rather than offering excuses, Pablo took ownership of the situation and approached it with the kind of professionalism and customer-first mindset that has become increasingly rare in today’s hospitality industry. He graciously upgraded us to a higher room category, invited us to dinner, and, most importantly, made us feel valued as guests. His focus was not simply on solving a problem—it was on restoring our confidence in the property and ensuring we left with a positive impression. He accomplished exactly that.
