“We are just leaving after the most perfect stay and honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! The food was fantastic throughout our stay, with a great variety and different themes every night. There was genuinely something for everyone, and everything was always so fresh and delicious. The service across the board was absolutely incredible. From the reception staff and maids to the waiters and waitresses, every single member of staff we came across was friendly, approachable and welcoming, and consistently provided the 5-star service you would expect. A huge special shoutout has to go to Marc, who is absolutely amazing at his job! We genuinely loved seeing him every day and stopping for a chat. He was always so friendly and went above and beyond, not just for us but for everyone around him. “Throughout our week long stay we experienced exceptional service and hospitality from staff in all departments. From Heiny’s expert local knowledge and sight seeing suggestions, to Jhoel, Sandro, and Andrea’s wonderful customer service. Whether it was wait staff like Marta or the lovely maintainence man, everyone had a welcoming smile that ensured we had an amazing holiday at this beautiful hotel. Half-board included an impressive variety of quality food and flavours, that didn’t disappoint. Only a 5 min walk to the beautiful Playa del Palma, it’s noteworthy that it is 15 mins by taxi to Palma city. Overall a fabulous hotel, whose staff make it 5 star experience”

“Marc delivers outstanding service and is always a pleasure to talk to. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, even with the smallest things. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay possible. The hotel is very nice and has very friendly staff. The pool area is very good. The rooms are very nice, always clean, and well maintained. The view was amazing. The location is perfect - close to the beach and the bus station that takes you into Palma. We had a very good stay, and we will definitely be coming back to this beautiful hotel!”
