Reviews from Google“We stayed at this hotel with my pregnant wife and our 6 year old daughter, and we genuinely had the best family vacation we’ve ever had. The hotel is fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. It is directly across the road from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The bus stop is also right outside the hotel, making airport transfers and trips to Palma or any other attraction incredibly easy. There are so many facilities and activities that it was almost impossible to convince our daughter to leave the hotel. This is one of the most family friendly hotels we’ve ever visited. During our stay there were hundreds of children having an amazing time. The entertainment team deserves special praise. They are energetic, professional, and wonderful with both children and adults. Our daughter especially loved the games where kids could win diplomas and medals, and the Pirate Mini Disco with Bufo became the highlight of every evening. By the end of our stay we had to take a Bufo plush toy home as a souvenir because he had become part of our vacation memories. There are activities for children of all ages throughout the day, as well as plenty of options for adults, so nobody has a chance to get bored. The food is outstanding. The buffet offers an incredible variety of dishes and drinks, and it is one of the richest and best organized buffets we have experienced. Cleanliness is exceptional throughout the entire hotel. The pools are spotless, and beach towels are provided and exchanged twice a week, which saves valuable suitcase space since you don’t need to bring your own. The facilities are excellent: several swimming pools, a large modern 24/7 gym, a bike garage, bicycle rental, a spa, a laundry room, a semi Olympic swimming pool that is perfect for training, a supermarket that is actually cheaper than many nearby stores, and even a bird watching area. Our room was spacious and felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. It had a large terrace, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, a separate living room, and a bedroom. We also loved the filtered drinking water stations located throughout the corridors, with reusable water jugs provided in the room, so there was no need to carry heavy bottles from the supermarket. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. Since our flight was in the evening, after checking out we were allowed to leave our luggage free of charge, continue using all hotel facilities, keep our beach towels until departure, and even take a shower with fresh towels before heading to the airport. There is even a luggage scale in the storage room so you can check your suitcase weight before your flight, which is a thoughtful touch. One feature we especially appreciated was the wristband system. Instead of carrying room keys or key cards, everything is accessed with the wristband you receive at check in. It’s simple, convenient, and works perfectly. Overall, this was an unforgettable holiday. Leaving the hotel was genuinely difficult because we felt so comfortable there. We will definitely return, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional family vacation in Mallorca.”
“Our first family holiday abroad and I'm glad I booked it with Viva Blue! We had a ground floor room with a private pool. Room was clean and beautifully put together! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. All the staff worked so hard to maintain such a pleasant environment for all the guests. Service was second to none! Location was probably the best we could of had, only 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and local amenities Ivan was friendly and amazing on reception as was Miguel in the restaurant Love this place, so much so, my wife and I are thinking of just going by ourselves next time, without the kids in tow. Only criticism... got a little to busy with other guests...... but its hardly surprising to see why its so popular”
“We’ve just come home from an amazing stay at Viva Blue and I honestly felt this hotel deserved a review. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was friendly, kind and incredibly hardworking, but the standout for us was the kids club and entertainment team. They completely made the holiday for our children. The energy, enthusiasm and genuine care they showed every day was incredible. Our kids were excited to go every single time and absolutely adored the staff. They made them feel so welcome, included and special, and as parents that means everything. The entertainment throughout the day and evenings was brilliant, fun, engaging and so well organised. You can tell the team genuinely love what they do and it creates such a lovely atmosphere around the whole hotel. The hotel itself was spotless, family friendly and in a fantastic location, but it’s the people who really make Viva Blue special. Thank you for giving us such lovely family memories we will absolutely be back.”
“We've stayed at more than 30 all-inclusive hotels over the years, and this has been one of the worst experiences so far. - The buffet is completely overcrowded and feels like it was designed for half the number of guests. Most mornings you have to check whether your glass is actually clean before using it. It's also clear that many of the waiters don't want to be there. - We booked a swim-up room because we were looking forward to relaxing. A few days into our stay, new guests moved into the neighboring room and played loud hip-hop music through a speaker from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. We reported it to reception… something I rarely do .. but nothing was done. - The air conditioning wasn't working on our first night, and the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear almost everything happening in the rooms next door and above you. - The pool area is completely full by 10 a.m. All the sunbeds are "reserved," yet only about 20% are actually being used, making it nearly impossible to find a place to relax. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel.”
“This hotel is made for families with little kids Activities: There are 2 pools on hotels teritory, the biggest one is 1.4m so it is not perfect for swimming and it is full of people. The other one is olympic pool it is 1.8m, so it is ok for swimming, but there is only one lane availible, as all the other ones are blocked by inflatable attractions for kids. The program for smaller kids contains a lot of activities both in the morning and evening, but for teens 13-16 years old the program lacks activities. There is usually 1 interesting activity per day. The gym was where i spent my time, if I was in hotels territiry as it was perfect Location: It was perfectly in the middle of everything. There are a lot of restaurants near hotel and the beach is relly close Rooms: The rooms are pretty old, but the beds are allright. Our air conditioner didn't work though. Stuff: The stuff was friendly and helped having good time. Probably the best aspect of hotel. Overall this hotel is not for adults or older teens, but ruther a hotel for small kids, as the whole location was shaped for them”
