“Exceptional, but with One Notable Gap: Everything was beautiful. However, I must point out that my husband is celiac, and in luxury hotels, gluten-free breakfast options are typically extensive — croissants, pastries, cereals, varied breads. During our stay, we received only a single reheated baguette, offered identically at breakfast and dinner throughout our entire visit. For a property of your caliber, this limited offering stood out as inconsistent with your overall excellence. A wider variety of gluten-free options would have truly reflected your commitment to premium service. Despite this, we had an extraordinary experience.”

“Nice enough setting. Evening dinning here was average at best not terrible but was expecting better. Staff are very attentive and try to look after you. Breakfast was good though. Air conditioning is not the best and it should be for a five star hotel!”

“Hotel and surroundings are beautiful, staff are lovely, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the tasting menu sadly was only adequate (we went half board) Id suggest forget half board and just order from the menu, it’s better if a little limited, BUT ….we had an issue with our air conditioning, took quite some time to convince them there was a problem, although reception and maintenance were super pleasant, we spent a hot uncomfortable night, then a few hours without a room the next day, due to changing room and accommodating housekeeping. Did email the manager upon departure as I thought a free cocktail for the inconvenience was a little paltry, I did expect to see the first nights discomfort reflected in our bill, however she hasn’t bothered replying which is disappointing, so if you have any issues, see the manager while you’re there.”

“3 very relaxing nights in a great atmosphere - perfect to switch off. Very friendly staff. Nice SPA area. Well-equipped gym! We had an amazing stay and leave with great memories.”

“My husband and I stayed for 4 nights during our honeymoon and it was the perfect location with stunning views all around. We chose to stay in one of the suites which was lovely and private and only a few minute walk to the main building with the pool, spa, restaurants etc. We had a car rental and it was only a 10 minute drive into Arta. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, relaxed by the pool every afternoon, and even got massages one day. We look forward to staying again in the future!”
