In short: Eleven verified luxury all-inclusive hotels in Mallorca — most of the island's luxury hotels don't sell the concept at all. Pick Ikos Porto Petro for the Mediterranean's most uncompromising everything-included, Zafiro Palace Alcudia for the northern family flagship, Zafiro Andratx for à la carte without caps — and Zafiro Bahia as the well-priced way in.
Mallorca is rarely associated with all-inclusive — yet the island now hosts both the Mediterranean's most celebrated AI concept and a wave of lavish Premium resorts. We verified which luxury hotels actually sell the concept and what it includes. Here are the eleven we rank highest.
The figures against each hotel are counted from real guest reviews (Booking + Google) — never estimated. The concept and à la carte columns rest on the hotels' own sites; unverifiable terms stay blank.
How we ranked these hotels
The order rests on guest scores, the counted themes from our review analyses and what each concept actually contains — which is why a hotel with more generous terms can pass one with a marginally higher score. Under each hotel we explain its place.
Where in Mallorca should you stay all-inclusive?
Alcúdia/Playa de Muro (Zafiro Alcudia, Iberostar Albufera, Zafiro Bahia) is the north coast's family classic with shallow sands — 45–50 minutes from the airport. The southwest (Zafiro Palmanova 25 min, Zafiro Andratx 35 min) keeps Palma within reach. Cala Mesquida (VIVA) in the northeast offers dunes and a nature reserve, about an hour away. Porto Petro (Ikos) in the southeast is the calmest, around 50 minutes. Playa de Palma (Llaut) sits 15 minutes from the airport — closest of all.
Higher scores, simpler concept
Two hotels on the island have verified all-inclusive and higher guest scores than several on the list above, but run their chain's standard concept rather than a premium arrangement. They belong here — but they deserve a mention.
- Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa — 9.5 on Booking, the highest among the island's verified all-inclusive hotels. A four-star nature and family hotel at Playa de Muro, listed in Grupotel's own all-inclusive overview.
- VIVA Blue & Spa — 8.8, also at Playa de Muro and on VIVA's own AI list. The same chain as the Cala Mesquida hotels above, without their resort scale.
Hotels we reviewed but didn't include
Being open about what fell short is part of the method. The following were checked against their official sites but didn't qualify:
- Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace — a 9.1 guest score, but absent from Hipotels' own all-inclusive list, which covers only Cala Millor Park, Said, Coma Gran and Mediterráneo Club.
- Universal Grand León & Spa — the group's all-inclusive overview lists the hotel, but the hotel's own page states just two boards: room and breakfast, and half board.
- Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa — verified Unlimited-Luxury all-inclusive, but its 7.9 guest score sits below every hotel on the list.
- Iberostar Selection Jardín del Sol Suites — an 8.7 guest score, but we could not verify an all-inclusive board on Iberostar's own site.
We analysed the 598 most recently available guest reviews (Booking + Google) across the 11 hotels below — every figure is counted, never estimated. Reviews harvested August 2026. How we count mentions.

1Mallorca, Spain
Service & staff: 30 of 31 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 26 of 27 mentions positive
Ikos Porto Petro on the southeast coast brings the Mediterranean's most celebrated all-inclusive concept to Mallorca: five à la carte restaurants with menus by Michelin-starred chefs — everything included, down to dinners at selected local restaurants beyond the resort.
Our counted reviews confirm the picture theme after theme.
Why this rank: The highest score in the selection and the Mediterranean's most uncompromising concept — everything genuinely included, which no other hotel on the island fully matches.
2Mallorca, Spain
Service & staff: 20 of 20 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 15 of 24 mentions positive
Zafiro Palace Alcudia is the north coast's flagship with Premium All-Inclusive: four à la carte restaurants, each granting one dinner per week of stay.
The pool landscape and family profile made it an automatic pick in our spa list too.
Why this rank: The guest score sits below several rivals, but four à la carte venues, the pool world and the breadth of the Premium concept make it the second-strongest overall package in our selection.
3Mallorca, Spain
Location: 27 of 28 mentions positive · Service & staff: 26 of 45 mentions positive
Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa in Playa de Muro is the island's purest Caribbean-style all-inclusive resort — three themed restaurants included with no published visit caps.
The setting on Alcúdia bay's shallow sands is classic family territory.
Why this rank: The second-highest score in our selection (9.1) and the island's purest AI resort — Zafiro Alcudia ranks above it on a broader premium and à la carte arrangement.
4Mallorca, Spain
Iberostar Selection Albufera Park (9.0) sits straight on the sand at Playa de Muro with the S'Albufera wetland reserve behind it — all-inclusive across both buffet and à la carte, with separate pool zones for adults and families.
Why this rank: The third-highest score in our selection (9.0) and the only hotel with the S'Albufera reserve directly behind it — a four-star product keeps it off the podium.
5Mallorca, Spain
Food & restaurants: 32 of 33 mentions positive · Location: 27 of 27 mentions positive
Zafiro Palace Palmanova delivers the southwest-coast version of the same Premium concept as its Alcudia sister — four à la carte restaurants, one dinner per restaurant per week.
Palmanova puts Palma within 20 minutes.
Why this rank: The same concept as number two but a slightly lower guest score — the southwest setting near Palma is the main reason to pick it instead.
6Mallorca, Spain
Service & staff: 38 of 38 mentions positive · Location: 22 of 22 mentions positive
Zafiro Palace Andratx is the chain's newest and most lavish concept: All Inclusive Redefined — five à la carte restaurants without restrictions, butler service and a premium minibar restocked daily.
On concept alone, it is the island's most generous all-inclusive.
Why this rank: The most generous à la carte arrangement in our selection — five restaurants with no visit caps — lifts it past higher-scored neighbours; the guest score keeps it off the podium.
7Mallorca, Spain
Service & staff: 21 of 21 mentions positive · Location: 15 of 15 mentions positive
VIVA Cala Mesquida Resort sits on one of the island's most beautiful bays in the northeast, dunes and surf on the doorstep.
Standard AI grants one à la carte dinner on week-long stays; the new Deluxe tier unlocks unlimited visits.
Why this rank: The Cala Mesquida setting is the selection's nature experience — but standard AI's single included à la carte dinner reflects a simpler package.
8Mallorca, Spain
Service & staff: 45 of 45 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 30 of 30 mentions positive
Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma is the adults-only pick at Playa de Palma — a design hotel with the Katagi Blau rooftop and the beach five minutes away.
Note that all-inclusive here is sold via tour operators, and local Playa de Palma law caps alcohol at three drinks per meal.
Why this rank: The adults-only profile and design are unique here — but an operator-sold concept with legally capped alcohol service earns an honest placing near the back.
9Mallorca, Spain
The rooms: 6 of 6 mentions positive · Service & staff: 6 of 6 mentions positive
VIVA Cala Mesquida Suites & Spa is the adults-only wing (16+) on the same dune bay as its family sister — all-inclusive and AI Plus sold via operators, with a Selection Club tier.
Our counted reviews celebrate the rooms, the quiet and sunbeds that never run out.
Why this rank: Adults-only calm on perhaps the island's most beautiful bay and huge, spotless rooms — premium four-star rather than five settles the position.

Location: 48 of 50 mentions positive · Service & staff: 37 of 72 mentions positive
Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village is the five-star sister in Playa de Muro with all-inclusive as an option — buffet, snacks and selected drinks, with the gourmet Gust as a separate draw.
Our counted reviews give its rooms and upkeep consistent top marks.
Why this rank: Five-star standard and strong analysis data — but fewer published à la carte terms than its rivals place it just ahead of the simplest concept.
11Mallorca, Spain
Service & staff: 45 of 45 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 23 of 23 mentions positive
Zafiro Bahia in Playa de Muro is the entry pick: a four-star aparthotel with an honest but simpler concept — one à la carte restaurant with one dinner per week.
For families chiefly after the north coast's beach, it is a well-priced way in.
Why this rank: The lowest score and simplest concept in the selection — but also the lowest threshold into the north coast's beach life. Honest value.
