Welcome to the Affiliate Program of Tripplo.co.uk, a service operated by Rank High AB. This program is designed to provide a mutually beneficial partnership opportunity for businesses and individuals who wish to promote our unique offering of discount codes and deals from various online stores. By participating in this program, you agree to adhere to these Affiliate Terms.
For the purposes of these Affiliate Terms:

Affiliates are permitted to use the Discount Codes and Promotional Material provided by Tripplo.co.uk solely for the purpose of promoting the services offered by Tripplo.co.uk. Affiliates must:
Ensure that all Promotional Material is used in its original form and is not altered in any way.
Not use Promotional Material in a manner that is deceptive, misleading, or offensive.
Cease the use of specific Discount Codes or Promotional Material upon request by Tripplo.co.uk.
Affiliates will earn a commission for each valid purchase made through their unique referral link or code.
The commission rate and payment schedule will be specified separately by Tripplo.co.uk and may be subject to change.
Payments will be made through the method agreed upon during the registration process.
Tripplo.co.uk will provide Affiliates with a unique tracking code to track referrals.
Affiliates will have access to a dashboard or similar tool to monitor their performance, including clicks, conversions, and earnings.
Tripplo.co.uk reserves the right to review and verify the validity of all transactions to ensure compliance with these Affiliate Terms.
Affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines for all marketing and promotional activities:

Clearly disclose the nature of the affiliate relationship with Tripplo.co.uk in compliance with legal requirements.
Avoid engaging in spamming or any form of unsolicited advertising.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Tripplo.co.uk are the property of Rank High AB or its licensors.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these intellectual properties solely for the purpose of promoting Tripplo.co.uk, subject to these terms.
Affiliates must not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any intellectual property belonging to Tripplo.co.uk.
Affiliates may be exposed to confidential information pertaining to Tripplo.co.uk’s business operations. Such information must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Tripplo.co.uk.
The obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of the Affiliate relationship.
The term of the Affiliate agreement commences upon your acceptance into the Affiliate Program and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
Upon termination, all rights and obligations of both parties cease, except for obligations that are intended to survive termination.
Tripplo.co.uk reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Tripplo.co.uk and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their acts or omissions in violation of these Affiliate Terms.
Tripplo.co.uk will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program.
These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
These Affiliate Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tripplo.co.uk regarding the Affiliate Program.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
