“Our suite is a good size, but a few issues let it down. It was quite noisy at night due to the hotel restaurant below, and the wardrobe and drawer space really isn’t adequate for a suite at this size. Only two coffee capsules were provided each day and no milk, which feels unnecessarily limited. The TV behind the mirror muffles the sound, and the remote doesn’t work from the bed. There’s no smart TV, although Chromecast is available if you ask. One of the lights in the room was also flickering. We had another issue in a different room, but the staff handled it quickly and moved us, which was appreciated. For the price, the room feels very overpriced. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the hotel restaurant in the courtyard is beautiful. The tasting menu with wine pairing was the highlight of the stay genuinely superb. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great, but the à la carte options were very good. Overall, a stunning property with great food and service, but Suites need some tweaking to justify the premium price. All the staff were awesome.”

It's a hotel full of character and charm with a sweeping spiral staircase, fresh flowers in our room, a roof-top terrace with a breeze and a view of the cathedral and a relaxing garden with heated pool and loungers. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was gorgeous. Can't recommend more highly!”
