“Our stay at Son Brull was nothing short of magical and the perfect way to celebrate our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the property. The grounds are absolutely stunning—peaceful, impeccably maintained, and the perfect blend of luxury and authentic Mallorcan charm. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed, creating such a relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere. The team made our honeymoon feel incredibly special by beautifully preparing our room with thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. We did experience a few issues with mosquitoes at the beginning of our stay, but Miguel responded immediately and handled everything with genuine care and urgency. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and made sure the rest of our experience was flawless. The dining at 365 was exceptional. Every meal was beautifully prepared, showcasing incredible local ingredients, and the wine selection was equally outstanding. This dinner became one of the highlights of our stay, and it was clear how much passion goes into every aspect of the dining experience. A heartfelt thank you to Miguel the Manager, Aina at Reception, and the entire team for your warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional hospitality. Your kindness and dedication made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Son Brull is a place we’ll happily come back to again and again whenever we’re in Mallorca.”

“My wife and I stayed at Son Brull for 4 nights. The hotel is well located just 40 minutes from the airport and you can either walk or use their bikes/ e bikes to get into Pollenca. The food was excellent in both the bistro and the taster menu in 365 sublime. The pool/ terrace were fantastic. All staff had a fantastic can do attitude. Highly recommended.”

“Some places are hard to put into words and Son Brull is one of them. Our stay was absolutely magical from start to finish. The food, the views, the spa - all came together to create an experience that felt genuinely special and unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed. What makes Son Brull so rare is that it hasn’t been swallowed up by the influencer crowd. It’s a proper retreat, quiet, considered, and completely authentic. If you’re craving a getaway where you can actually breathe and disconnect, this is the place. The staff were wonderful throughout, but we have to give a special mention to Celia. She made us feel welcome the moment we walked through the door and went above and beyond at every turn. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care made our stay truly unforgettable. We cannot praise her enough!!! Incredible food, stunning surroundings, and a team that really cares. We will absolutely be back.”

“We stayed at Son Brull for 3 nights on April 17th for our 30th wedding anniversary. Son Brull has the clever combination of sophisticated "retreat" and classic with a modern twist hotel. The surrounding scenery and gardens are breathtakingly beautiful - peaceful and serene, it is hard not to relax the minute you arrive. The hotel staff are not only attentive but also the kindest I have come across in years from the hotel/spa reception, our lovely waiter at breakfast and the wonderful barman Alex - They all feel part of a team who genuinely want to ensure their guests have a lovely stay. Lots of little complimentary extras did not go unnoticed, sunhats in the rooms, we used the free E-bikes and were always sent off with bottles of chilled water. The team at this lovely family owned hotel really know how to look after their guests. I can't wait to return in the late Summer and make use of the lovely spa too.”

“We visited on a Saturday in March. I phoned ahead to check it was okay to visit for a drink and bite to eat as we were not guests. We arrived at 2:45 pm to get some lunch unfortunately the receptionists looked at each other then said sorry lunch was not available. I asked if there was somewhere where we could get a snack. The response was negative so we proceeded to the bar area on the terrace where we enjoyed delicious limonadas. Again we asked if we could eat something. The response again was negative. I found this strange as this was a Saturday peak time for eating in Spain and there were people in the restaurant. So we had our drinks, enjoyed the beautiful view and setting returned to our car and ate elsewhere. I left feeling slightly uncomfortable why were we refused service? I have no idea. There was no explanation given . the HOTEL and surroundings are exquisite and I imagine it would make a memorable place to stay. I compare this with our experience at HOTEL Formentor four seasons on the previous day. we were invited in and allowed to have a coffee and walk around the grounds and a drink and dine despite not being guests. staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful.”
