“We’ve had an incredible stay at Ikos Mallorca, and it exceeded every expectation. The all-inclusive experience is genuinely top quality. The resort strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment, with plenty to do throughout the day for all ages and interests. From sailing and paddle boarding to live local bands in the evenings, there was always something enjoyable happening without the resort ever feeling busy or overwhelming. The food deserves special mention. Every themed restaurant delivered cuisine of an exceptionally high standard, easily comparable to Michelin-star dining. The variety, quality, and presentation were outstanding throughout our stay. What truly sets Ikos apart, however, is the service. Every member of staff was polite, attentive, and always smiling. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about ensuring guests had the best possible holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of personal attention was remarkable. Although the resort is large enough to keep you occupied for your entire stay, you’re not confined to it. One of the highlights was being able to take an electric Mini and explore the island for the day. I would highly recommend visiting the Wednesday market in Santanyí, which was a fantastic experience. All in all, this has been one of the best holidays we’ve had. An amazing experience from start to finish, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.”

“Due to the grading system available I have rated four stars - probably more like 8.5/10 We had a lovely family holiday for 10 days. What is absolute five star are the individuals serving around the pool and in the restaurants. Notably Krystina at the Beach Club - who got us cabanas and went over and above - and Viktoria in the Family Village. But the overall Ikos PP Legend is undoubtedly Michael. Mainly Family Village but also seemed to pop up at the Beach Club when we were there 😂. Friendly, excellent service, and recommended the ‘Smokey Barrel’ cocktail to me. Michael is a superb brand ambassador Oliva was my favourite restaurant, closely followed by Anaya. Calle D’or evening out was a winner. Only downside was that the ‘Conceirge’ service via WhatsApp wasn’t as solid as previous Ikos’ we’ve been to and has seemed to tail off over last few years. This has since been addressed with the management, but only fair to mention”

“What a dissapointment. An incredible location with a very poor execution! When you are payin 1k/night you have very big expectations. Not everything was disaster. The gym was great, the tennis coach was amazing, Eduardo from Spa was fantastic and the asian restaurant was good. AND only that reason i am giving 2 stars and not 1 star. Look when you have such a concept and dont pay attention to details and have a huge gap between employees, the level of professionalism and knowledge between the staff is just to big. You could meet one of the best people and the next day you needed to request 4 times on whatsapp and 2 times on the phone to get dental kit. They have a lot to work on. The desing of the rooms and the quality is exetremly average. I do this for a living but not have the tv centered, hide the cabels and material choices are just pure dissapointment. They should higher me to redesign them. The only thing that i can give it high score is that its very kidfriendly. My friends had their kid with them and he liked but its not him who is paying!”

“For the price of the stay at this hotel and lets not forget Mallorca has now some beautiful hotels this place has too many rules and nothing is allowed which is quite strange considering many families travel with small children. Water in glass bottle on the beach not allowed, joining kids club 4 y old with nanny not allowed, snack on the terrace not allowed. Etc. If you are a family that loves great service, everything is possible and flexibility this is not the right place.”

“My wife, our toddler and I spent a wonderful week at Ikos Porto Petro and it truly exceeded our expectations. The restaurant options were outstanding — so much variety and quality that every meal felt like a treat. The kids’ shows and nightly entertainment were a huge highlight; there was something happening every evening, which made the stay lively and fun for the whole family. The heated pools were absolutely on point — perfectly maintained and a joy to relax in. Resort Cleanliness was spotless as well! A special mention must go to Galina, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience truly unforgettable. She made my family feel so welcome and looked after — she really is the best! We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a top-tier all-inclusive experience in Mallorca.”
