The room was lovely, the breakfast outstanding, and the rooftop terrace with its pool was a true highlight. Perfectly located on a quiet street right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended! “We stayed one night at Convent de la Missió in Palma, having also visited the hotel previously. Unfortunately, this stay left us with a significantly different impression compared to our earlier experience. Upon arrival, there was no assistance with luggage, and the overall welcome felt uncoordinated – not what one would expect from a five-star property. More concerning, however, was the handling of our valuables. As our room was not yet ready, we asked the hotel to store several personal items safely. These included watches and jewellery with an approximate value of €70,000. When we returned, these items had simply been placed openly in the room. This is, frankly, not acceptable and falls short of basic expectations regarding security and professionalism. The room itself was very small and offered almost no privacy, with windows directly facing those of the opposite building. This did not reflect our previous stay at the hotel. Although we were offered an upgrade, this came at a point where it was no longer practical. Breakfast the next morning was also below expectations, with several items not being replenished during our time. Following our stay, we shared our concerns with the management. While a partial discount was offered, it did not adequately reflect either the nature or the extent of the issues experienced. In addition, a previously agreed 5% rate adjustment was not reflected in the final invoice, which further contributed to the overall impression. Overall, this stay suggested a noticeable decline in attention to detail, service quality, and consistency compared to our previous visit.”

“Great location and staff. It is too bad that the uber could not drop us infront of the hotel. Only taxis are allowed to do this. The spa is small. But you book it just for you, which makes it special. Roof pool and sun deck are very cozy and relaxing.”

“I don't know how anyone could give this hotel less than 5*. The location is perfect. Central but quiet. The hotel is gorgeous, authentic and quiet. The food is fantastic. The amenities like breakfast, pool and spa are superb. But the staff are unbelievable. I must give mention to Johan who looked after us but all of the team are amazing. If you are looking to stay in Palma, stay here, it's amazing. We loved every second and couldn't recommend it more.”
