Iberostar Playa de Muro Village

“We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village and would definitely come back. What impressed us the most was the food. The buffet offered a fantastic variety every single day, with outstanding quality and freshness (also vegan Options). You could really tell that great care was taken, not only in the preparation of the meals but also in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant. Another highlight of our holiday was the entertainment team. They created an amazing atmosphere for both children and adults and made every day enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Chief Teddy and the entertainers Zamora, Iker, Kay, Gaby, Mar, Stefy, Bel, Erica, and Lison. Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm made a real difference and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We especially loved the live bands in the evenings. They created a fantastic atmosphere and were one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We are already looking forward to coming back!”

“If I could give this a 4.8 I would. The resort was spotless. The room was immaculate. The customer service was great. The bartenders were friendly and fun. They use real alcohol (which you always worry about with an all inclusive). Few notes about what we saw online (in reviews and on the website) vs what we experienced. + The rooms are very under-represented in the photos. - The beach was over represented in the photos, but still amazing. - There are A LOT of kids under 5 years old. Like a lot. - Dinners and breakfast in the buffet have a lot of babies. +The resort has so many fun activities for kids and the entertainment is non-stop. + The nightly performances were a lot of fun. There are just a few things that kept this from being a 5 star: - The L’Artist is shown on the website as being part of the hotel’s restaurants. It is not. So when we were choosing hotels we counted the number of dining options and looked at menus and L’Artist is not even associated with the hotel. Usually the menus tell what is excluded from the dining plans but the menu doesn’t mention anything. When I brought this up to the staff they agreed that it was misrepresented and gave me a ticket for a free dinner. When we went to L’Artist they acted like they had no clue what we were talking about. The manager said they were not part of an all inclusive. The manager told us we could order off of the lunch menu. The lunch menu said “All-inclusive” on the top!”

“A wonderful hotel in a prime beachfront location with direct access to Playa de Muro. The stretch of beach in front of the hotel is relatively narrow and is used mostly by hotel guests, but it's important to note that it is not a private beach. There is one row of sunbeds on the beach, which fills up quickly and is available for an additional fee. However, we never had trouble finding complimentary sunbeds around the main pool. The hotel offers an evening entertainment program for both children and adults, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for families. One feature we really appreciated was the hotel's mobile app. It provides all the information about the facilities and daily activities, and it also allows you to order extra services and pay for them directly through the app, which is very convenient. The food was simply fantastic. Every day there was an excellent selection of fresh fish and seafood, themed dinner nights featuring different international cuisines, and a wide variety of meats, including beef, venison, pork, and chicken. The selection of fresh salads, vegetables, desserts, and fruits was impressive, so there was always something new to enjoy. Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding food, a beautiful location, and great facilities.”

“We had a wonderful time at this resort. The location is perfect, but a few things really stood out during our stay. The beach bar was one of our favorite spots—great atmosphere and perfectly located. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet; the food quality is excellent, and we loved the different culinary themes every evening, which kept things interesting and fresh. The gym and pool area are also top-notch and very well-maintained. A special thank you to Helena, our waitress, who was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our visit. Her service made our experience even more pleasant!”
