“A truly outstanding 5-star hotel that fully deserves its rating. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional. The selection was huge, the quality was excellent, and every day there was something new and special, so the menu never felt repetitive. The biggest compliment, however, goes to the staff. Whether in the restaurant, by the pool, or at the outdoor bar, everyone was friendly, smiling, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Service was always quick, and somehow they always seemed to know exactly which drink to recommend. Every evening featured different live entertainment, including a magician, a jazz band, and an outstanding Black female singer with an incredible voice. The performances were genuinely professional and added a wonderful atmosphere to the evenings. It never felt like the typical hotel entertainment—instead, it was high-quality live music and shows that we actually looked forward to every night. The only thing that surprised us was that a hotel of this standard doesn’t have its own private beach. The sunbeds on the public beach directly in front of the hotel are privately operated, and renting four sunbeds and two umbrellas costs almost €50 per day. That said, it wasn’t really a problem. The hotel’s own sunbeds around the large pool were excellent, and the sea was only a few steps away. Just one small suggestion for the hotel management. Putting a large TV in the bar during the FIFA World Cup is a fantastic idea—but placing it right next to the entrance to the kids’ club might not be the best choice. The door opened almost every minute, with children (and parents) constantly walking in front of the screen. Not ideal if you’re trying to watch an important match. On the bright side, watching the USA lose was still great fun… even with kids dancing in front of the TV. Fortunately, the phones in Washington, D.C. seemed to be out of order that day. 😎 Would we stay here again? Absolutely. The outstanding service, fantastic food, and relaxing atmosphere made this one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.”

“My husband and I stayed at your hotel for the first time last year, we had such an amazing time we have come back again and we’re not disappointed. I write this just as we are waiting to be collected to go to the airport and I really don’t want to go!! Yet again we have had a fantastic break. We can’t praise the staff enough they are truly exceptional. Everything is pristine, the rooms are ultra clean and modern, the location is perfect and the whole complex is outstanding. The gorgeous smell as you enter the hotel and smell for the whole of our stay was lovely. From the staff that greet you on arrival to all the staff that went over and beyond, throughout our stay - thank you! nothing seems too much trouble which made our stay unforgettable. I will throughly recommend it to all family and friends and will definitely be back again next year! We are going to make it our annual trip. “We were upgraded there from Groupotel Natural Playa, a 4 star, at the conditions agreed with that hotel, which was obviously cheaper, yet we were treated with the warmth and the attention of returning guests. The room was excellent, but the neighbours very noisy. So (without us asking) we were further upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely fabulous! What else is there to say? We couldn't believe out luck!”

“I’ve just returned from staying at this hotel. I don’t really write reviews but I had to for this. Firstly the hotel is impeccable and very clean. The scent around the hotel is so beautiful and fresh. From the moment we arrived in the lobby we were greeted with cava and snacks. British airways lost our luggage and the hotel instantly started tracking it for us which was so nice. The room was incredible! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and the sea is stunning. My son loved the pool and never wanted to leave. The hotel is kid friendly without it being over run with kids stuff (if you know what I mean). Basically has everything a kids needs without being wild. The evening entertainment was relaxing. Perfect way to wind down. The location of the hotel is fab. Loads of shops and not far from old town which we loved! We really enjoyed the food, so much choice from BBQ grills, fresh seafood and ofcourse fresh paella. The staff are 10/10 I wish I took names but to be honest each and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. My son keeps talking about the hotel and he feels homesick from it. He just wants to go back! Can’t wait to visit again very soon.”
