“We spent 4 amazing days at the Iberiostar Selection Albufera Playa hotel and resort. My family and I had a wonderful. The rooms and every corner of the hotel was impeccably clean. We enjoyed the food from the multiple restaurants. The buffet offered lots of excellent options. The specialty food restaurants also offered top shelf food. The staff was very attentive and provided superior service. We were extremely impressed by the staff’s friendliness, insightful information they shared and the time they took to get to know us as individuals instead of treating us as just another customer. In particular, Christian went out of his way multiple times to proactively suggest activities, ask if we wanted another drink (he remembered the drinks each of our family members’ favorite drinks, and always made us feel welcome! Additionally, Tolo went out of his way many times to help us with special requests we had and explained other options we had for dishes and drinks. We would definitely return to this hotel/resort!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa. The hotel is excellent, but the food is even better – the variety, quality, and taste exceeded our expectations every day. The entertainment program was fantastic, with plenty of activities for both adults and children. We especially appreciated how much care and attention the animation team gave to the kids, making them feel welcome and included. A special thank you to Tolo! You made our Spanish evening truly unforgettable with your energy, kindness, and great atmosphere. It was one of the highlights of our holiday. “The resort is absolutely stunning and well maintained. The service is incredibly kind and attentive. We had such a restful and enjoyable time here. Highly recommend! The animators always make the entertainment nights so much more fun. Buffet food was sooooo delicious and overflowing with food options and clean upkeep.”

“A great hotel - fantastic for kids and families - lots of pools and activities for kids - the rooms are great. The best part is the service. Especially, Jessy, who supported us all week - super friendly, and our room was cleaned ever day, and while we were at dinner we always had a new set of towels for the next day (so she came by twice a day). She really made the stay as relaxing as possible. We really appreciated it.”
