This is our 6th time in 4 years of returning. Pure Salt is the whole package, the staff are so lovely so polite and welcoming everyday and remember us from previous years which is so nice considering the hundreds of people they obviously have come through. the rooms and pools are beautiful and cleaned wonderfully and the view is stunning. Free pool towels are given daily and you can get more if you want, the pool guy made sure our mattresses and towels were out for us every day and we were staying at the swim up room right at the end!! Also if you don't want to walk the quite big hill to the Port, the hotel will take you down there in their own mini bus and if you call them when you are down there they will collect you. Amazing service especially if you are elderly as it is quite a hill.

This was our 6th visit in 4 years to this marvelous hotel. We love the location, the food, the staff - basically everything. We had, as always, the Renaissance Swim Up room - 3012 - which we love. On holiday we like to be away from everything and down there we hardly ever see anyone. In front of the Swim Up pool are sunbeds and umbrellas and although it is not stated that each of these is for the room, it is kind of assumed. There is free water in the rooms every day, and if you want more, you just need to ask. The pool towels are provided and again if you want more just ask or collect from the pool guy. Bathroom towels are changed daily, and again if clean ones are required during the day the housekeeping staff are happy to provide them. In the late afternoon/evening the housekeeping do a turn down service and put little chocolates on your bed. Lovely touch. The tv in the room has BBC 1 and BBC 2 so fantastic if you want to keep up with what is going on at home, or obviously if you currently want to watch the World Cup or Tennis. Unfortunately when we were there the first England game was showing on ITV in the UK, so we ended up watching it on LA1, a Spainish channel. The breakfast at Pure Salt Adriano is really amazing. So much choice, from a typical Mallorcan breakfast, to continental to full English, yogurts, cereals and pastries and there is a chef who will cook eggs, omelets, bacon fresh in front of you. We love the breakfasts here and they are definately the best we have ever had anywhere. Shout out to Ana, a lovely Ukrainian lady who was so friendly. Anna was also very lovely, she also does the bar during the day and would walk down to us at the very end swim up to see if we wanted a drink. The hotel itself is wonderfully clean and smells divine. I always buy their diffusers to make my house smell lovely too. I have seen in previous reviews that people have put that the hotel looks 'tired' , not sure what hotel they are at but certainly not Pure Salt!! Everywhere is immaculate. The pool area is cleaned daily, the only thing i would say is that the pool area at the end of the Swim Ups, does get alot of seagulls having their own pool party, so there is a fair bit of seagull poop on the sides, which could do with being cleaned up but apart from that, all beautiful. The food at dinner is exquisite and would recommend that if you only have bed and breakfast, you must at least try it once (it is quite expensive but well worth it). On a Friday and Sunday they have a bbq, which to be honest they should advertise more in the hotel itself. We only knew about the Sunday bbq because there was a poster on the post on the outside of the hotel. Nothing inside in Reception or popped into our rooms at all. If they want more people using the restaurant they really need to advertise it more. Having said that, the food is absolutely divine. Normally they bring out an appetizer for free for you. I would say that it would be nice if the water provided at the table was free, like in the rooms and you just paid for any other drinks, but that would be my only complaint. In room dining also very nice and a great choice, brought to your room and laid out on the table for you by the staff. So my shout out of the staff goes to David, the concierge, wonderful chap, very friendly and so happy to help. I was walking up from the beach one day and he just stopped in the middle of the road and told me to jump in the minivan and took me back to the hotel. ❤️ Also Ruth who does the evening in the Restaurant, happy to answer any questions regarding the menu and as with the other staff, so lovely. The pool chap, not sure of his name - but sooo sweet and so very happy to help all the time. And finally all the Reception Staff, always friendly, smilely and always happy to help you with everything - even me asking what channel the football was on 😁 Overall we absolutely love this hotel, and will return every year for as long as we are able.

Really enjoyed my stay here at Pure Salt Hotel Port Adriano. The room itself was a delight – spacious, immaculately clean, and appointed with every comfort imaginable. But the real showstopper was the view. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking panorama of the sea stretching out before me was an experience I won't soon forget. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough.

Very quiet hotel views are lovely but hotel is very tired looking. Service was terrible we had to go and get the lifeguard to find a staff member every time we needed a drink by the pool. Everything was an extra charge we had a friend come to visit us at the hotel and we were told it would be 50 euros if she swam or sat on a sunbed. The hotel was virtually empty and the pool was freezing so I really couldn’t see why we needed to be charged. The scent that is piped round the hotel is very strong and overpowering and was piped in to the rooms too, we both got headaches. The free welcome drink was a small beer or a glass of house wine. The lift was being painted on our block but no wet paint sign was put up and the lift stank of paint fumes I enquired about a transfer to the airport and was told it would be 150 euros, triple what a privately booked taxi would cost. We have stayed in lots of five star hotels and we both agreed this was one of the worst. I don’t normally both to leave reviews but I felt quite strongly about how disappointing our stay here was. Definitely not worth the money

We have visited Pure Salt Port Adriano twice before, this time returning with my parents for my mums 62nd birthday. This hotel is beautiful, the location overlooks the port which has a few small local resturants. Note this is a quiet hotel with older clientele. We are early 30s and most guests here are older than my parents, which is fine but just in case you are expecting music around the pool or to have livelt evening entertainment this is not the hotel for you this is a calm very peaceful hotel. It is in a secluded area where taxis or car or bikes are required to explore other parts of the island. The hotel offers bed and breakfast or half board. In my opinion the half board is worth the upgrade as you can choose to either have dinner or lunch for your half board meal each day, and the hotel does not put pressure on your to decide for the whole week upfront which is nice. The only thing to note is that usually with half board at dinner you will get 1 free drink per person with your meal, e.g house wine house beer, but this is not the case at this hotel, all drinks are payable. The staff are friendly and the indoor spa is included in the price of your stay, along with 2 x complimentary bottle of water each day, and at breakfast a wide selection of drinks are included including cava. The only improvements I would suggest is that each year we visit in April, the weather is usually a good 20/23 degrees, but due to the outdoor pool not being heated it makes it impossible to swim because the water is ice cold. We tried on a few occasions but the water temperature honestly gives you the feeling of pins and needles because it is so cold. It would be nice if the pool could be slightly heated so that guests can use it because it is such a shame in the cooler months that it goes to waste. It doesn't have to be warm but at least heat it slightly to take the ice cold feeling away. The indoor spa pool is slightly heated but t be honest even that could be a few degrees warmer. If they could make those changed for me the hotel would be unbeatable for this side of Mallorca.
