The hotel is huge, with several beautiful pools and always plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean, the food was great, and the cocktails were excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall atmosphere. “One of the Best Hotels We've Ever Stayed In Having stayed in many 5-star hotels, this is genuinely one of the very best. The combination of the stunning setting, understated luxury and exceptional service made it an unforgettable stay. Although the resort is geared towards families, it also has a beautiful adults-only pool, making it perfect for couples too. The grounds are immaculate, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the housekeeping team were exceptional. There are several pools, plenty of sunbeds and complimentary cabanas, which was a lovely touch. The staff are what truly make this hotel. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming and genuinely wanted us to have the best holiday. From being personally escorted to our room on arrival to staff checking in throughout our stay, the service was faultless. A special mention to Mark, the Front of House Manager, who set the tone for the outstanding hospitality across the resort. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and the Italian restaurant. The food quality was excellent, with a huge choice at breakfast, and there were also great poolside food options and attentive service throughout. Our room was spacious with a hydro bath and balcony, and we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a duplex suite with a private plunge pool and breathtaking sea, mountain and pool views. The spa was lovely, and the location couldn't be better. Camp de Mar beach is just a five-minute walk away, while Port d'Andratx and Puerto Portals are both within easy driving distance. The concierge also made excellent restaurant recommendations and bookings for us. The hotel is also next to a golf course, making it ideal for golfers. We honestly didn't want to leave. Our whole family agreed it was an amazing resort, with service comparable to the very best luxury brands. We can't recommend it highly enough and would return every year if we could!”
