What Guests Loved

Things to Consider
- Playa Ca'n Pere Antoni is roughly an 18-minute walk away, which may feel inconvenient for guests seeking an immediate beachfront experience.

Reviews from Google“First of all, this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The entire property was extremely well designed and breath taking. Overall, I found our stay to be below the standards I was expecting for this class of hotel. Checkin: check in overall went fairly smoothly, however, our reservation included a noon check in (if available). While I understand that this may not be available, the hotel did not adequately communicate with us when exactly our room would be available. We tried to check in around 10:00am, and knowing whether our room would be ready at 12:00 or 4:00 was important for planing our day. Ultimately, it was ready slightly after 4:00. When we showed up at 3:30 tired and hoping our room was ready, they basically shrugged us off and said it was still pending. They probably should have offered us an apology and another welcome drink. Service: getting to our room, we discovered the bed had been made up as two singles. No issue, we immediately told the receptionist that walked us up and asked for it to be remade to a king. Well, this was apparently a great ask as this took well over an hour and multiple phone calls. This was the only opportunity we had to nap because of the late check in, and we had been up since 4:00am due to travel. We ended up sitting doing nothing while waiting, with me calling every 20 minutes. This very much damaged our night as we had evening plans we wanted to be rested for. They should have compensated this with a drink, a bottle of wine, or even an apology. Bar: we visited the hotel bar one night and had very rude service. The host was very short with us, told us it was full, and we had to ask ourselves if we could wait somewhere for a spot. At this point, there also appeared to be plenty of space available. Eventually we did get sat, and had very slow, poor service. We had to flag down a server for every drink, we never got chips like others got, we never got waters refilled, etc. At the end, once I mentioned we were paying with room charge the servers demeanor completely changed and he was suddenly very apologetic. It was obvious he assumed we weren’t guests and therefore it was ok to treat us poorly. Fairly ridiculous becuase if it mattered, he simply could have asked instead of trying to get us to leave when we first showed up. Breakfast: breakfast service was nice, although again service was poor. We gave the guy checking us in our coffee order, which he delivered to our table, and then he never checked on us again. We would have ordered more coffees and possibly a paid entree, but we were not inclined to get up and ask for it for a supposedly €48 a person meal. Overall, this did not match my experience at other top tier hotels, and the service seemed lacking across all departments.”
“Not a single staff member was ever unfriendly. Every one of them was warm and welcoming. The room was also unique and absolutely beautiful. We came here for our honeymoon, and thanks to all of you, we’ll be leaving with nothing but wonderful memories. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. For parking, all you need to do is provide your vehicle’s license plate number to the staff, and they’ll make sure you won’t receive a parking fine. A special thank you to Eddie, who gave us a tour of the hotel. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and super cool!”
“We have travelled the world and been lucky enough to stay in some amazing amazing hotels - and without a doubt Nobis was the best experience we have ever had... The location and architecture are truly special - our friend in the hotel industry made the good point to us that after a while a lot of these 5 star resorts can tend to look a bit similar, Nobis is truly unique. The building itself is over 1,000 years old and the history and design of it are utterly enchanting. We actually also chose Nobis out of all the hotels in Mallorca as the one to stay at during our wedding weekend (!) - and the service we received was without a doubt the best we've ever experienced. Any unique wedding (or general) requests we had (at any hour) were met instantly with a warm and friendly attitude, and moreover the staff were ridiculously friendly and approachable (often we can find this isn't always the case in these type of places). We had the pleasure of staying in the Nobis Suite which was utterly stunning and worked so well as a preparation area for our wedding. Huge huge special thank you to the manager we dealt with - Rafa - who took care of us throughout our stay. His warmth and professionalism were more than we could have ever expected and he did everything he could to make our special weekend the best of our lives. The food and drink menu were also excellent - and the staff and kitchen were hugely accommodating of my lactose intolerance. To us - this is the best hotel in the world. Everyone should stay here at least once!”
“Recent stay at the Nobis Hotel in Mallorca was nothing short of stellar—an easy 11/10 experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment you step into the lobby and take in the soaring ceilings and serene wading pool, the hotel radiates character, charisma, and class. We were welcomed with warm smiles and generous pours of bubbles, immediately setting the tone for a memorable stay. The staff—especially Inés, José, José, and Ericka—were outstanding throughout the weekend. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and beautifully presented, the bar and club offered a fantastic cocktail selection in a truly stylish atmosphere, and the restaurant delivered a top-notch dining experience. Every space in the hotel feels thoughtfully curated and inviting. This includes the 24 hr pool/spa and infra-red light therapy as well!!! Our room had wonderful architectural charm, with distinctive touches like high ceilings and wooden beams, and the in-room amenities—from steamers and dryers to curated fragrances—added an extra layer of comfort and personality. If (and when) we return to the island, there’s no question—we’ll be staying here again, and next time for even longer. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca! ✨”
“READ THIS FIRST IF SLEEP QUALITY MATTERS! The hotel can be noisy as it draws a crowd to its bar and there is constant activity outside the front of the building late into the night. Depending upon your room location, you might be in for a night of constant outdoor chatter, knocking on the front doors, and the bang of said door being opened and closed. Despite an incredibly comfortable bed, we only managed a couple hours of sleep. Earplugs are a must. While the hotel was amazing in every other way, the noise situation would have me reevaluating a future stay. Otherwise, I don't have much to add beyond the other positive reviews. The building has a ton of character, the courtyard and bar draw the wannabe influencers enmasse for photos. Service is great - friendly and welcoming. Rooms vary in terms of quality/size. Ours was probably on the smaller side, but the Byredo amenities and comfy bed were great. Location is great - more convenient to shopping vs cathedral but that suited us fine. I'm really on the fence between four and five stars... and on whether I'd stay here again given the noise. I really want to LOVE it, but I'm not quite there. Definitely worth a visit to the bar even if you don't stay here.”
