Rhodes is one of the biggest all-inclusive islands in Greece, and what you actually get varies enormously. At one hotel every à la carte restaurant is included as often as you like; at the next you get a single dinner for the whole stay; a third publishes no terms at all. We have read the hotels' own pages, noted the exact wording and the date we checked it, and counted the guest reviews.
Fourteen hotels on Rhodes went through the review. Eleven sell an all-inclusive concept we were able to verify, and those are ranked below. Three do not, and they appear at the foot of the page with the reason. The figures beside each hotel are counted from real guest reviews rather than estimated, and any condition we could not confirm is left blank in the table instead of guessed.
How we ranked the hotels
This ranking belongs to the theme alone and is separate from the general luxury order on the destination page. It rests on three parts. The guest score on Booking and Google counts for 55 per cent, weighted by how many reviews sit behind it, so that a score built on a handful of guests is pulled towards the island average. Verified concept facts count for 30 per cent: whether all-inclusive is sold at all, whether à la carte is included, whether premium drinks are included, whether there is a stated ultra or premium tier, whether food and drink are served around the clock, and whether guests praise the food in our own review analysis. Star rating counts for 15 per cent.
Anything we could not confirm counts as neither a yes nor a no. It is left out of the calculation and it lowers the hotel's coverage at the same time. A four-star hotel with more confirmed criteria can therefore come out ahead of a five-star one with fewer. The score is a sorting key and is never printed on the page as a grade.
One limitation worth naming: hotels with no Google score in our database are judged on Booking alone, which in practice pulls them down a little. That applies to the hotels we added most recently.
Faliraki, Kolymbia, Kiotari or Gennadi — where should you stay?
Faliraki and Kallithea (Amada Colossos, Eden Roc, Mitsis Faliraki, Mitsis Selection Alila) sit 15–20 minutes from both the airport and Rhodes Town. The liveliest stretch, the longest beach and the shortest transfers.
Kolymbia (Atlantica Imperial, Port Royal) is the quieter middle of the east coast, roughly 25 kilometres from both the town and Lindos, with a transfer of about half an hour.
Kalathos (Atrium Palace) lies six kilometres north of Lindos and is the only area here with Lindos genuinely on the doorstep, a few minutes away by car. Reckon on just under an hour from the airport.
Kiotari (Mayia) in the south suits anyone who puts quiet ahead of being near Rhodes Town. Reckon on a 50-minute transfer, with Lindos still relatively close.
Gennadi and Lachania (Atlantica Dreams, Gennadi Grand, Atrium Prestige) make up the island's southernmost corner, and the part that has grown fastest in recent years. This is where the newer premium resorts are, along with the longest transfers at 60 to 75 minutes — and the emptiest beaches.
Hotels we reviewed but left out
Three hotels went through exactly the same review and fell at the first criterion: that the hotel actually sells an all-inclusive concept we can verify.
- Lindos Blu — Booking 9.6, the highest guest score on the island in our collection. The hotel does not sell all-inclusive at all, only bed and breakfast or half board, so it belongs in our luxury selection rather than on this list.
- Ella Helea — Booking 8.5 from a little over 2,500 reviews. The hotel's own site publishes neither a board basis nor any all-inclusive terms, only that tables have to be booked ahead in the app. Without published terms we cannot compare the concept with the rest.
- Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel — Booking 8.8 from almost 1,200 reviews, and a good spot on the beach at Faliraki. The hotel changed its name from Pegasos Beach and today publishes no all-inclusive package whatsoever on its own site. We previously carried the detail that the à la carte restaurant Elia costs extra for all-inclusive guests. We have not been able to stand that up against any published source, so we have removed it.
A hotel missing from the list is not one we think poorly of. It means either that we found no published terms to compare, or that the hotel does not sell all-inclusive.

Mayia Exclusive Resort in Kiotari is the south coast's adults-only flagship (16+), running Premium All-Inclusive from 07.00 to 02.00. Four à la carte restaurants are included if you book a table, and the hotel publishes no limit on how often you may use them. Flame Grill opened in June 2026 and its status within the package is still unconfirmed.
The highest guest score in the selection, by a comfortable margin.
Why this rank: The only hotel here with all six concept criteria confirmed, and the island's second-highest guest score to go with them. Premium All-Inclusive, premium drinks and an adults-only mood in quiet Kiotari.

Port Royal Villas & Spa in Kolymbia is the adults-only hotel down on the beach — all 20 of the pool and beach mentions we counted are positive, right down to 'the comfiest sunbeds ever'.
The Royal tier widens the food and drink selection and takes 30 per cent off whatever falls outside it. The hotel publishes neither a limit nor the word unlimited for à la carte, at standard or at Royal level.
Why this rank: Nine of the ten concept points confirmed, with 694 reviews behind the score. What keeps the score down is that the hotel publishes no limit on à la carte visits.

Atrium Palace sits on Kalathos Bay, six kilometres north of Lindos. Premium All-Inclusive covers unlimited visits to every à la carte and gourmet restaurant provided you book a table a day ahead, premium drinks at lunch and dinner, and a minibar restocked daily.
Dine Around applies across the chain's three hotels on Rhodes, so you can eat at Atrium Prestige in the south or at Atrium Platinum in Ixia on the same package.
Why this rank: The most detailed published terms on the island, unlimited à la carte and Dine Around across three hotels, paired with a high guest score. A Google score is still missing from our database.

Mitsis Faliraki is the round-the-clock option: ultra all-inclusive for 24 hours a day, with seven themed restaurants that can each be booked once a week.
Its position on Faliraki beach makes it the easiest of these hotels to reach.

Atrium Prestige has its own sand at Lachania, in the island's southernmost corner, with a thalasso spa and an infinity pool. Five à la carte restaurants sit alongside the buffet and every one of them is included, unlimited, if you book a table.
The price of that seclusion is the transfer: reckon on 75 minutes from the airport, the longest of any hotel here.
Why this rank: The island's highest Booking score and the same unlimited terms as its sister hotel. Only 90 reviews sit behind it and there is no Google score, which drags the weighted guest figure down.
8Rhodes, Greece
Gennadi Grand Resort sits on Gennadi Beach on the south-east coast. Dine Around covers three à la carte restaurants, and how many dinners you get depends on how long you stay: one for three to four nights, two for five to six, three for seven to nine.
The bars pour international labels rather than premium ones. The fine-dining restaurant Edesma falls outside the package and comes with nothing more than a discount voucher.
Why this rank: A large body of reviews and a stated premium concept, but the terms are tighter than the name suggests: à la carte comes as a quota set by the length of your stay, and premium drinks are not included.

Atlantica Dreams lies between Gennadi and Kiotari, and unlike the rest of the list it is four-star. All-inclusive guests get three visits a week to the four speciality restaurants.
The sushi restaurant Citrus and the patisserie Daphne are explicitly outside the package, and service ends at midnight.
Why this rank: A high guest score from a broad base of reviews, but the concept has no stated premium tier, two places to eat are explicitly outside the package and service stops at midnight.

Eden Roc Resort at Kallithea is the family resort with the most generous all-inclusive contents in our current selection — the à la carte restaurants are included, and the concept even stands you a prepaid dinner at a local meze taverna away from the hotel.
All 15 of the service mentions we counted are positive.
Why this rank: Eight restaurants, branded spirits and a prepaid meze dinner off site. Nine of the ten concept points confirmed, though the guest score is the lowest in the selection.

Mitsis Selection Alila stands on the beach between Faliraki and Kallithea, twenty minutes from the airport. Twelve restaurants and bars, four pools, and an ultra all-inclusive that runs around the clock instead of shutting down for the night.
Each à la carte restaurant can be booked once per week of your stay. The spa, hammam and hot tub fall outside the package.
Why this rank: Food and drink around the clock and branded labels on a Blue Flag beach, twenty minutes from the airport. The guest score sits below the smaller hotels in the south.
