What guests say
Reviews from Google“A truly lovely place. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and table service was provided everywhere. There was nice entertainment at the hotel every evening. The food was good, though somewhat repetitive day to day. The à la carte restaurants were excellent—I definitely recommend them, and it’s best to book them as soon as you arrive. The all-inclusive drinks were very tasty; you could order whatever you wanted, and they would prepare it for you. The pool area was always crowded, with sunbeds being claimed early in the morning, but there was always plenty of space on the beach. We had a room with a private pool, which was nice, though I missed having sunbeds (which weren't provided there); had I known, I would have chosen a room with a shared pool, as those had sunbeds. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. I would have preferred a single double bed rather than just two beds pushed together. The location was perfect, right next to the town of Faliraki with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It was certainly a place worth experiencing. Efcharisto, Mitsis Faliraki.”
“We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We would especially like to highlight the excellent beach service. A special thank you to Michalis, who was always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you, Michalis, for your outstanding service. We hope to see you again on our next visit!”
“Small update from our side: The situation with the towels does not change, but maybe one star is too harsh. I will keep my review under for better understanding of the situation: This is one of the most frustrating reviews I've ever had to write because the hotel itself is genuinely excellent. The rooms, food, drinks, cleanliness, entertainment, and staff all deserve five stars. Unfortunately, there is one major issue that ruins the experience: the hotel's complete failure to enforce its own sunbed policy. The hotel clearly states that reserving sunbeds is not allowed, yet every morning—and even overnight—guests leave towels on loungers for hours without using them. Many sunbeds remain empty until late morning or even the afternoon, while other guests are unable to find a place to relax. The most disappointing part is that the staff does nothing about it. Rules that are not enforced are meaningless. For a five-star resort, this is simply unacceptable. Guests should not have to wake up at 6 a.m. just to compete for a sunbed because others are allowed to reserve them for hours. If the hotel started enforcing its own policy by removing unattended towels after a reasonable period, this would easily be a five-star hotel again. Until then, I cannot recommend it despite all of its other excellent qualities.”
“We spent a wonderful week at Mitsis Faliraki. Everything was of the highest standard – the facilities, our room, the food, and the service. The housekeeping staff took excellent care of our room every day, making sure we had everything we needed. The food and service in the main restaurant were outstanding. The pool area was always clean and well maintained, with two bars conveniently located just a few steps away. The pancake station by the pool was fantastic, and a huge appreciation to the staff working there for their friendliness and great service. The beach, with plenty of sunbeds available for guests, was located just beyond the hotel grounds. We also enjoyed playing tennis and padel, and relaxing at saunas which made our stay even more enjoyable. The biggest surprise was the seven themed restaurants. They were an amazing experience, offering delicious cuisine from around the world. We would definitely recommend staying at Mitsis Faliraki and would love to come back in the future! Special thanks to: Matthew, John, Carlo from restaurants. Fatos and Giorgos from the beach bar. Adriana, Olga, William, Genta, Zoe, Gediana and Illia from the pool bar. Inci and other lovely ladies from the main restaurant. For sure I forgot someone but all staff was amazing and made our stay unforgettable, thank you!”
“We had an absolute blast at Mitsis Faliraki From start to finish, it was an amazing experience that made us never want to leave. Here is what made our stay so special: * Facilities & Activities: The outdoor setup is top-tier! The pools are fantastic, the gym is great, and the brand-new Padel and tennis courts were a huge highlight for us. * Food & Drinks: Practically round-the-clock food with incredible variety across the restaurants, plus fantastic cocktails that kept the good times rolling! * Location: You couldn't ask for better—right on the beach and just a short, easy walk to Faliraki village. * The Rooms: While the rooms could use a minor touch-up here and there, honestly, who cares? When you’re having the time of your life outside all day, it doesn't matter one bit! The absolute crown jewel of this resort, however, is the staff. Everywhere you go, you are greeted with genuine, warm smiles. A massive, heartfelt shout-out to Nikos Maria! He was truly my guy at the entrance every single morning—always there waving hello and goodbye with the absolute best smile. He set the positive tone for our entire stay every day! We wanted to stay so much longer, but we will definitely be back again! SHALOM! 🫶🏼🙏🤩✨”
