Our family has had a wonderful stay at the Atrium Hotel in Lindos, Rhodes, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They were friendly, kind, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. The restaurant staff, in particular, were outstanding. On a couple of occasions I struggled to find something I fancied, and without hesitation they offered to prepare an alternative meal for me. Not only was this incredibly thoughtful, but the food was absolutely delicious. Every day the restaurant manager greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to ask how we were, making sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our holiday. It’s these little personal touches that really make a difference. We stayed in Garden Room 75 in Wing 1, overlooking the pool. The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to add a little more drawer space for clothing. One thing our children absolutely loved was the many cats and kittens around the hotel. They were so friendly, loved attention and provided hours of entertainment. It became one of their favourite parts of the holiday! There is an excellent choice of restaurants, so there’s always plenty of variety, and we never had any difficulty finding a sunbed, whether around the pools or on the beach. Although the beach is pebbly, there are plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax by the sea. What stands out most about this hotel, however, is its people. Great management is reflected in an exceptional team, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Every department deserves recognition—from reception and housekeeping to the bars and restaurants—but the list would be endless! We would especially like to thank Emma, who looked after us so well every morning at breakfast; Sotiris Tsevgas and Savvas Papantoniou, who were always so attentive and welcoming during our evening meals; Chef Ioannis Kesapidis, who took the time to come out and greet us personally, which was such a lovely touch; and Chara at reception, who was always happy to answer any questions with a smile. Thank you to everyone at the Atrium Hotel for making our family holiday so special. We leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, fantastic hospitality and a truly relaxing holiday.

I would almost rather keep this place a secret, but it truly deserves praise. Our stay at Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas was exceptional in every way, but what deserves special recognition is the cuisine. During my travels, I have visited many hotels, but it is rare to encounter such a high standard of gastronomy. Every meal was prepared with great care, using quality ingredients and presented with attention to both taste and detail. The variety was excellent, everything was fresh, and every meal became something we genuinely looked forward to. It is clear that the chefs do not simply do their job professionally—they do it with real passion. Equally deserving of praise is the entire staff. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and everyone else we met throughout our stay, we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and professionalism at every turn. We truly felt welcomed and valued as guests. The people create the atmosphere of a place, and the team here does so brilliantly. Of course, the cleanliness, surroundings, and overall quality of service were outstanding, but it was the combination of the talented culinary team and the wonderful staff that made our stay truly special. They all deserve sincere recognition and thanks. Thank you for a beautiful and unforgettable stay that we will remember for a long time. If we return to Rhodes, our choice will be an easy one.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently stayed at the Atrium Palace Hotel in Rhodes and honestly the standout part of the entire holiday was the service. I have never stayed anywhere where every single member of staff consistently goes so far above and beyond for the guests. The level of care, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone was exceptional and it’s what truly made this stay so special for our family. A special mention has to go to Jason the lifeguard, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our holiday. Always smiling, friendly, approachable, and fantastic with guests. He worked incredibly hard and genuinely added to the atmosphere around the pool every day. The staff also made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable by decorating a table for her at breakfast as a surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us. The hotel rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and we had a beautiful view overlooking the main pool. The pool bar staff were equally amazing — always welcoming, hardworking, and constantly smiling even when busy. The beach was peaceful and relaxing, easily my favourite place on the resort. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from with lots of variety. My only small criticism would be that some portion sizes felt quite small considering the price of the meals. Overall though, this hotel has absolutely got it spot on. The service is genuinely on another level and we really couldn’t have asked for more. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. Alex Eleftheriou

Ok resort. 1 Buffet area HOT! No AC! 2 Room AC is minimal and loud. 3 Cocktails are restricted. Can't make changes or other Cocktails! 4 All inc premium and still need to sighn for my food and drinks? Maybe in the 90s,but in 2026? Wristbands like 100s pf other resorts are better. 5 Finally: sun beds, same ol same. Get up early. Families reserving extra beds so have space but don't use them. Britains wake up late can't find beds. Staff are nice, but hotel saving money at expense of your enjoyment. Would NOT return. Many other resorts don't cut back on AC, sighn for ai premium food/drinks.

First stay here and we chose Premium All Inclusive. We were absolutely blown away. This was by far the best all-inclusive hotel we've stayed at. It took me a day or two to get used to booking the à la carte restaurants and ordering food and drinks through the app, rather than helping ourselves, but it worked brilliantly. Staff The staff are exceptional, warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely happy. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Within a couple of days they knew what we liked. A huge thank you to Yannis Kalampihis, George, Vasilis, Michalis, Michaela, Antonia, Angelina, Giannis, our Maitre d’, Kiki, Andonis, Stratos, Alexandria, Nico's, Carlotta, and the wonderful housekeeping team for room 511, you all went above and beyond and made our holiday so special. Drinks Excellent selection of branded alcoholic and soft drinks. My husband loved the cocktails, especially the Passion Fruit and Strawberry Daiquiris, while I was delighted they served Absolut Vodka with Coca-Cola or Pepsi. Room (511) Spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels and bedding. The minibar was generously stocked with soft drinks, beer, wine, sparkling and still water, plus snacks. The room also had a coffee machine, safe, robes, slippers, toiletries and plenty of storage. The balcony overlooking the quieter pool was lovely. Food Outstanding. Four à la carte restaurants, booked through the app, plus an excellent buffet with a separate daily specials menu. The quality, variety and service were exceptional, with generous portions that we often shared. Pools & Beach Both pools were fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The sunbeds themselves were thick and comfortable, more mattress-like than traditional loungers. We loved the quieter pool and inflatables are allowed, which was a big plus for us. The beach is lovely, although it is a mixture of sand and pebbles, and the sea is crystal clear. There is a beach bar with a small decked area. Food and drink can be ordered via the App and delivered directly to your sunbed either at the pool or the beach. Tip I'd recommend packing a good insect repellent. We used a regular citronella-based repellent, but it didn't seem to be enough. We both had quite a few mosquito bites during our stay, and many other guests mentioned the same. A Few Small Suggestions The evening entertainment was too loud for us. We, and many others we spoke to, would have loved a quieter outdoor bar area where we could relax and socialise with a drink in the evenings. The checkout shower room was clean and modern but extremely hot, with no air conditioning, making it difficult to get ready comfortably. A small fold-down drying rack on the balcony for swimwear would also be a thoughtful addition. Overall An incredible hotel with amazing staff, outstanding food, drinks and excellent service throughout. We shall definitely return again, hopefully next year or sooner.
