Reviews from Google“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is beautifully appointed, with rooms decorated in a stunning, neutral, and relaxing palette. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The rooms also have ample storage, making it easy to unpack while still enjoying the beautiful aesthetic. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, but we paid for the buffet dinner one evening and were very impressed with both the quality and variety of the food. Breakfast was equally impressive, with an expansive and delicious selection catering to a wide range of tastes, including continental, Greek, British, and American options. The staff in the buffet restaurant were absolutely delightful every morning, especially the hostess with the short blonde hair and freckles who greeted us each day. She was so warm, friendly, and smiley that she really set a positive tone for every morning. We spent most of our relaxing days by the Kalithea pool, which was lovely. The two members of staff at the bar there were fantastic—always friendly and helpful. They topped up the ice in my water bottle every day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool snack menu was delicious, although it would have been nice to have the option of a smaller snack, such as a portion of chips, rather than only full meals. We also spent a couple of days at the main pool. Unfortunately, there are no table numbers in the sheltered seating area by the towel collection point, so you have to go to the bar to order. We also found the bar staff there to be less accommodating, and we often had to wait quite a while before being acknowledged and served. The beach attendant was also incredibly helpful. We found that there were almost always sunbeds available on the beach, whereas the pools became very busy quite quickly, especially towards the end of our stay. We never reserved sunbeds ourselves, but by the end of the week most of them had already been reserved. We did have one minor issue with housekeeping. On several occasions, our bottled water was removed from the minibar and we were left a note asking us not to replace minibar items. At no point had we replaced anything—we had simply used the empty spaces already available. We often returned from day trips with leftover water or picnic snacks, so this became a little frustrating. We visited the spa twice during our stay. The gym was what you would expect from a hotel gym, with a good selection of cardio equipment and multi-use machines. The massages we had on both occasions were incredible, the facilities were comfortable and relaxing, and the staff at the spa reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with delicious food, an outstanding range of dining options, and staff who are consistently generous, accommodating, and genuinely delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.”
“Currently mid holiday staying here. So far there were a few minor hiccups that I’d written about previously that were quite annoying at the time but to be fair they were addressed and the staff have been very helpful. Hence why I’ve updated my review. The hotel itself is very nice and very clean. There are plenty of sunbeds too, so far no issues getting one even after coming back to the hotel after a day out. I do like the selection at breakfast and the different coffees available, too. However I will note that some of the food could be a little bit hotter. Some of it is lukewarm at best. Attentiveness and swift service is always present from the staff around the pools, order a drink to your sun bed and they arrive a minute or two later. Surrounding the hotel (literally about a 30 second walk out the front) there are streets with some restaurants and bars of all kinds but there’s not a huge amount of stuff around. We have found travelling elsewhere especially the old town, something that we would consider a must. All in all so far it’s been pretty enjoyable.”
“Terrible experience, unprofessional management, and unacceptable intimidation. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a complete nightmare due to severe operational failures and shocking behavior by the hotel staff. The Room & Logistics: We experienced an air conditioning failure on the first night and were forced to move rooms at 00:30. Due to hotel overbooking, we were forced to switch rooms repeatedly throughout our stay with zero transparent communication from management. Intimidation & Harassment by Management: The absolute worst part was the behavior of the Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Apostolos. He approached us at the pool, demanded we step away from other guests, and proceeded to verbally attack us—calling us "liars" who allegedly fabricated the AC issue to "scam" the hotel. Coercion & Threats: He gave us a draconian ultimatum: either we get kicked out of the hotel with false financial charges, or we accept their "compensation" and stay silent. Out of fear of being left homeless mid-vacation, we felt completely cornered and coerced. We had to report this incident to our credit card company and file an official complaint through Agoda. The hotel account is fully settled, but the way guests are treated here is appalling. Save your money and stay somewhere else where you will actually be treated with basic respect”
“It's a beautiful hotel definitely 5star. The staff were the most friendly and professional that we've ever encountered especially marcellus at the reception bar!!! The beach is lovely just a bit stoney but a pair of water shoes sorts that out. The pools are excellent but like most places the towel on sunbeds rule is totally ignored 🙁 If you want a quiet relaxing break this is definitely for you.”
“Me and my fiancée spent a week here in one of the rooms that had access to a shared pool. The room itself was very clean and cosy, room service was also great, the cleaning staff come in daily to tidy everything up and change your towels if required etc. The only negative for the room was that we had quite a few ants even though we didn't have food lying on the floor, it wasn't such a big deal but it's worth highlighting. The breakfast selection was superb, so many items to choose from, the staff are also very friendly and welcome you into the dining area with a big smile. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to come back, the only slight negative was when we checked out, nobody asked us how our stay was or anything, simply checked us out and that was us on our way.”
