Why the palace hotels sell no all-inclusive
Marrakech's luxury hotels are small and gastronomic — riads with a handful of suites and palace hotels with starred dining. The model is built on à la carte and on eating out: Jemaa el-Fnaa, the medina's rooftops and the city's Franco-Moroccan kitchens are the attraction itself. A buffet-based AI model would work against what these hotels sell.
