“I stayed at Park Hyatt Marrakech from 16–20 July, and it was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Morocco. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place to unwind. The hotel is amazing, the facilities are excellent, and the food was consistently outstanding. What truly sets Park Hyatt Marrakech apart, its people. The service throughout my stay was exceptional warm, genuine, attentive, and always delivered with care. A special thank you to Laila and Rafiq, who were the stars of my stay, they are a real credit to the hotel. Con: The only area for improvement would be that some of the housekeeping staff could improve a bit English communication skills, as it was occasionally difficult to communicate requests. Overall, I highly recommend Park Hyatt Marrakech to anyone looking for a calm and rejuvenating vacation. I would happily return.”

“This is a gorgeous property, with a fabulous staff and service. Everyone was attentive without being overbearing. We had a delicious meal at their Brasserie Arabesque one evening. Both Bader Eddine and Ghizlane made sure that every detail was perfect, from advising us on what to order, to making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor tables were beautiful. My only regret is that we were 20-30 minutes from anywhere else we wanted to go in Marrakech.”

To our delight, we were upgraded to a stunning room that was both incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort and elegance. What made our celebration even more special was the lovely surprise waiting for us—a delicious cake to mark our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely valued and celebrated so kudos to the entire team for going out of their way to make our stay even more memorable. The experience didn’t stop there. The breakfast buffet each morning was absolutely superb—fresh, flavorful, and indulgent, with a wide variety of options that made it something we looked forward to every day. The spa and pools were breathtaking. Go and take advantage of all of them. The services were overpriced compared to the local prices but you can’t beat the cleanliness and the feeling of being pampered. Also, even though it was almost sold out, the property was so spacious and quiet that we really thought we were the only ones there! The only downside to the hotel was that it was really far from everything and transportation took a long time to pickup/dropoff. Other than that, this really is a must stay. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the impeccable service to the luxurious accommodations. It was a truly memorable experience, and we cannot wait to return.”

“Love the room! So spacious and well deco. Furnishings are good. The bath is just amazing. Love dining on site , staff are v friendly and attentive. In room dining is great as well. Thou there might be planes flying sounds sometimes I tink is bearable, for those light sleepers might need ear plugs as there are frogs croaking in the night I think. Overall the whole compound is lovely.”
