Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

“Great resort and property in Marrakech. Stayed for 5 nights in a premium garden view room. The property is about 10 min from the airport and about the same from the old city of Marrakech. So you're in a bit of a 'no-mans-land' while staying there and nothing is really walkable, except for a shopping center/mall that's right next door. I'd recommend Ubering to places - about half the price of the taxis and you don't get the shenanigans that can come with the taxis (them calling ahead to contacts in the square to get you to follow them to their shops, selling you on their services for other places they could take you, etc.) The pool & spa are fantastic. Had a great massage and the adults pool is beautiful and refreshing. Great, attentive service was had at every corner - the pool, room service, check-in/check-out, breakfast, etc. Food and drinks were also very good. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The biggest issue was with the floors being marble and the chairs not having furniture pads on them so we would constantly hear our upstairs neighbors moving them around. One night it was happening around midnight. Wasn't a huge deal, and we did notify the front desk (they asked us to let them know when/if it happened again so they could come see where it was coming from), but for a Four Seasons and this level of hotel I would expect a very relaxing and comfortable experience while in my room. We did one night at Riad 72 in the hear of the old city and I think we enjoyed that, more authentic experience, a bit more. I'd recommend this resort if you're looking for just that, a resort experience with a big pool/spa, big breakfast buffet (that was delicious), and big property..but get a room on the top floor. Otherwise, go for a Riad in the old city.”

“We just returned from our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for families. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip! Customer Service & Hospitality: From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming, especially toward children. It is a truly kid-friendly resort where you feel completely supported as a parent. Accommodations: Our room was spotlessly clean, very large, and beautifully designed. Having that extra space made a huge difference for our family's comfort level. Amenities & Dining: The food was excellent across the board with wonderful variety and top-tier quality. A massive highlight for us was the indoor playroom—it is clean, well-equipped, and provided the perfect space for the kids to play and burn off some energy. If you are visiting Marrakech with family, this resort is worth every penny. We can't wait to return!”

“We recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Marrakesh, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well run. From the moment we arrived at reception, Ikram was absolutely amazing. She was very polite, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. She made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. She is a great asset to the company, and we would honestly go back just because of her. The breakfast team were also fantastic. We had a young child with us, and they were so attentive, friendly, and accommodating every morning. They helped keep her entertained and made breakfast such a pleasant experience. We also had amazing service at the Lebanese-Moroccan restaurant on the top floor, especially from Anas, who looked after us so well. He was very professional, friendly, and another great asset to the hotel. The pool areas are beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The gym is also fantastic, with very good equipment, spotless facilities, and everything you need for a proper workout. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They had put everything we needed for our child in the room, which was completely unexpected and such a lovely surprise from nappies and baby cream to a bottle steriliser and everything else we could have needed. The hotel is also in a great location. Behind the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, and there is a lovely new development called M Avenue, which we would definitely recommend visiting. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff, excellent service, and real attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Four Seasons Marrakesh and would happily return. The food was of a very high standard, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore Marrakech while still enjoying a luxurious retreat. A wonderful hotel that I would happily return to.”
