In short: Four verified all-inclusive hotels in Agadir and Taghazout: Pickalbatros White Beach as the adults-only Ultra AI number one, family favourite Palais des Roses on the same score, and two openly flagged challengers below the 8.5 floor — Iberostar Founty Beach and Riu Palace Tikida. The Sofitel, Fairmont and The View don't sell the concept.
Agadir's luxury line-up looks bigger than it is: several of the city's best-known hotels sell no all-inclusive at all. We verified every house against its official site — the Sofitel Thalassa and Fairmont Taghazout run boards without AI, Tikida Golf Palace is a Relais & Châteaux boutique on breakfast/half board, and The View (ex Royal Atlas) markets AI only via travel sites, not officially. That leaves four verified houses — two at luxury level and two honest challengers.
The figures against each hotel are counted from real guest reviews (Booking + Google) — never estimated.
How we ranked these hotels
The order rests on guest scores, the counted themes from our review analyses and what each concept contains. Two of the hotels sit below our usual 8.5 floor — we include them for the field's sake and say so plainly instead of hiding it. Under each hotel we explain its place.
Worth knowing about Agadir and Taghazout
Agadir is Morocco's beach city with a broad sandy bay and promenade — Founty Beach and the Riu Palace sit right on it, 25–30 minutes from the airport. Taghazout Bay north of the city (White Beach, 45–50 minutes) is the new luxury-and-surf enclave. Palais des Roses sits by the city promenade. The season is long but the Atlantic runs cooler than the Med — pools do the work in winter, and the waves make Taghazout Morocco's surf capital.
Hotels we reviewed but left out
Being open about rejections is part of our methodology. The following were checked against their official websites but did not qualify:
- Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa — bed & breakfast or half board, no all-inclusive.
- Fairmont Taghazout Bay — bed & breakfast or half board.
- Tikida Golf Palace — a Relais & Châteaux boutique with no all-inclusive concept.
- The Views Agadir — all-inclusive claims exist only at tour operators, not on the hotel's official pages.
If any of these hotels launches a verifiable all-inclusive concept, the selection will be reconsidered.

1Agadir, Morocco
Service & staff: 40 of 41 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 20 of 20 mentions positive
Pickalbatros White Beach is Morocco's luxury-AI flagship: Ultra all-inclusive for adults (16+) on Taghazout Bay.
Our counted reviews are near-unanimous — 40 of 41 service mentions positive, with staff thanked by name across dozens of reviews.
Why this rank: The Ultra AI concept, the adults-only profile and near-perfect service counts — an obvious first.
2Agadir, Morocco
Service & staff: 16 of 16 mentions positive · Condition & cleanliness: 8 of 8 mentions positive
Pickalbatros Palais des Roses is the family sister on Agadir's promenade — 'the best hotel in Agadir, especially for families', as one guest puts it.
16 of 16 counted service mentions are positive, and cleanliness is called excellent throughout.
Why this rank: The same score as number one and more reviews — the family profile and simpler concept take silver.
3Agadir, Morocco
Service & staff: 7 of 7 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 5 of 5 mentions positive
Iberostar Waves Founty Beach is the city's verified beachfront AI — 'the best buffet food I have ever had' in our counted reviews, a hammam spa and three pools.
Honest caveat: the 8.4 sits just under our usual 8.5 floor — included for depth in a thin field.
Why this rank: Verified AI and the city's best buffet praise — but the 8.4 keeps it below the luxury duo.
4Agadir, Morocco
Location: 10 of 10 mentions positive · The rooms: 5 of 5 mentions positive
Riu Palace Tikida Agadir is the Palace-tier 24-hour AI right on the bay — freshly renovated with spacious rooms and 10 of 10 counted location mentions positive.
Openly stated here too: the 8.2 sits below our floor; the hotel earns its place on concept strength and Palace-tier hardware.
Why this rank: Palace hardware and a 24-hour concept — the 8.2 places it honestly last.
