Corfu hosts some of the Mediterranean's most generous all-inclusive concepts — and some where the label promises more than the contents. We verified what is actually included and counted the guest reviews. Here are the six luxury hotels that pass.
The figures against each hotel are counted from real guest reviews (Booking + Google) — never estimated. The concept and à la carte columns rest on the hotels' own sites; unverifiable terms stay blank or flagged.
How we ranked these hotels
The order rests on guest scores, the counted themes from our review analyses and what each concept actually contains — a hotel where the specialty restaurants are included outranks one where they cost extra. Under each hotel we explain its place.
Dassia or the west coast — where should you stay?
Dassia (both Ikos resorts) sits on the calm north-east coast, 20–25 minutes from both Corfu Town and the airport — sheltered waters and walkable surroundings. Kommeno (Grecotel Eva Palace) is a green peninsula just south of Dassia: quiet luxury with the shortest run into Corfu Town. The west coast (Atlantica at Ermones, Ella Alkyna at Agios Gordios) brings dramatic cliffs, open sea and the Ionian's famous sunsets — expect 30–40 minute transfers and more terrain on the properties. The south-east coast (MarBella at Agios Ioannis Peristeron) is the classic resort strip south of Corfu Town — sloping gardens down to a Blue Flag beach and a full family programme, about half an hour from the airport.
Hotels we reviewed but didn't include
Three candidates were measured against the same requirements as the list below but didn't qualify:
- Hyatt Ziva Corfu (Gouvia, five stars) — full-scale Unlimited-Luxury AI, recently rebranded from Dreams Corfu. Its 8.5 on Booking touches our guideline, but on the broadest base (TripAdvisor 4.0 of 5 across roughly 1,400 reviews) it sits clearly below list level. On our watch list — a durable climb changes the verdict.
- Grecotel LUXME Costa Botanica (Acharavi, five stars) — a genuine premium AI with four included à la carte kitchens and a water park, but more family resort than luxury hotel, with scores (TripAdvisor 4.0) short of list level. The north-coast position also means a long transfer.
- Atlantica Nissaki Beach (north-east coast, adults only) — a pleasant adults-only AI in a cliffside setting, but four stars and 8.3 on Booking place it below both our luxury standard and the score bar.
If any of these climbs durably, the selection is reconsidered.

Why this rank: The same concept as number one at a marginally lower score — choosing between the sisters is mostly a matter of preferring the newer house.

The concept is simpler than Ikos: one à la carte dinner included per stay, the Italian costs extra.
Why this rank: A far simpler concept than the Ikos pair, but spotless counted service figures and a unique lagoon setting — a clear third.
