Poor service, everything takes way too long to arrive after order, most times the order is incorrect, and they try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Only truly inclusive items were the buffet and drinks (but they don't offer many of the requested drinks, such as shots at certain bars and what not). The power was out for about 6-7 hours one day, where we were unable to utilize many of the ammenities. I was expecting a partial refund for this, but nothing was granted. There was also no communication about the outage, leaving us all in the dark (literally and figuratively...). Cleaning services were poor, and they never replenished any of the snacks and coffee items. They also took our beach towels after the first day and never returned any. Every in-room dining request was 20 euros, and they limited what we could order since "it comes to us on a cart". The only good service was from the bell hops who were very helpful getting us and our bags to the room, though we did wait about 30 minutes for one upon our initial arrival. Restaurant dining services were also decent, most of the time, but still very hit or miss on whether we received the requested drink items. Beautiful hotel, though, and the food/ were good. This was over twice as expensive as any hotel we have booked on our 23 day europe trip, and was by far the worst service. I won’t be coming back.

We stayed at Alkyna Lifestyle Resort expecting a relaxing all-inclusive experience, but unfortunately it fell far below expectations. A large number of facilities advertised either weren’t available or were regularly closed. The Asian restaurant was never open during our stay, the rooftop bar wasn’t open, the pool snack bar was closed, and the beach bar even closed two hours early on our first day. There was also very little information provided at check-in, so we were left constantly trying to work out what was actually available. The room and resort maintenance were also disappointing. The TV remote didn’t work at all, the swim-up pool was freezing cold, and the shower temperature was extremely temperamental and difficult to set to a normal temperature. On top of that, there were mosquitos everywhere with no deterrents or prevention measures in place, and several areas of the resort smelled strongly of sewage. Food and drink were another major let-down. The cocktail selection was poor, the buffet food was low quality, and much of the food tasted frozen rather than freshly prepared, one of the only fresh things we were served was the chicken which came raw and inedible, after every meal we had stomach issues which stopped as soon as we stopped eating the food they provide. We ended up eating out multiple times because the food in the resort was so disappointing which didn’t give us any stomach problems (we are never usually sensitive to the food on holiday in greek islands and we travel often so we knew this was not right) Service was also very slow, NAFS restaurant we waited 50 minutes just for our starter, which was supposed to come with pitta bread according to the menu, but it never arrived, when we brought this to the workers attention they looked at us bewildered and were unable to assist. We then waited a further 45 minutes for our main course. The spa was also disappointing. The steam room was broken for the entire duration of our stay, and although we were given a €5 discount on the spa pass, we would have preferred the facilities to actually be working. The spa is very small, with the heated pool being one of its main features, yet the pool was freezing cold and not heated at all. The lack of effort to repair the steam room throughout our stay did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star resort. One positive was the beach itself, which was lovely and had plenty of sun loungers available. However, it is not accessible for guests with mobility issues. The beach is located at the bottom of several very steep hills, and there were only two golf buggies serving the entire resort, meaning they were rarely available. As a result, older guests or anyone unable to manage the long walk up and down the hills would struggle to access the beach, which was evident from how quiet it often was despite being one of the resort’s better features. We did enjoy the gym facilities. The gym was very clean, well maintained, and had a fantastic view, making it a pleasant place to work out during our stay. Overall, there was very little to do at the resort and the experience did not reflect the standard or value we expected. Sadly, we would not return or recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We have now spent several days at this hotel and overall we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The service has been excellent from the beginning. The rooms are cleaned every day, the beds are made, and towels are changed regularly. The staff throughout the entire resort are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always very attentive. The drinks service is very fast, especially during meals — you are served quickly and everything works smoothly. The drinks taste good overall, and there is also the option to get water from the bars, which is very convenient. The only small thing we noticed was that some drinks occasionally tasted a little different, probably because of the way they are prepared through the dispenser system, but this was not a major issue. The food is solid and offers a good variety. The selection changes daily, so there is always something different to choose from. The snack bar by the pool during lunchtime is also a great option and offers really good food. At busy times there can be a small wait, but nothing unreasonable. The à la carte restaurants included in our booking were also very good — great service, quick, and everything worked perfectly. The pools and sunbeds are well organized. There are two pools plus the beach area, and if you arrive early enough, finding a good spot is not a problem. Of course, there are always some guests who reserve sunbeds very early, but during our stay in mid/end of June it was not a major problem. The room itself is nice, and the view is absolutely amazing. The drinks, the gym, and the overall facilities are all good. The gym is not huge, so don’t expect a full fitness center, but for a basic workout during your holiday it is completely sufficient. The coffee could be improved a little — having two machines instead of one would make sense — but overall everything is perfectly fine. The resort also has small carts driving around to help guests get around. We personally did not use them much, but they are available, and usually if you wait a few minutes, one will come by. A special plus was our departure day: we had an early check-out but were still allowed to use the entire hotel facilities until our afternoon flight. We even received an extra room for around 30 minutes to freshen up before leaving, which was a really nice touch. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. The staff, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back!

Came here for a vacation with friends, and we had booked three rooms under the hotel’s fully inclusive meal plan. The resort is huge, spread across multiple buildings, and we were warmly welcomed by the team with drinks served on a terrace overlooking a beautiful view. Since we arrived a bit earlier than the official check-in time, our rooms became ready gradually throughout the afternoon. Meanwhile, we were invited to enjoy lunch at the buffet restaurant, which was a nice gesture. I had booked a junior suite, which was nicely spacious with warm beige tones, and it included fruits and drinks in the minibar. As someone who doesn’t consume alcoholic drinks, I did feel that part of the all-inclusive pricing goes toward alcohol consumption estimates. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering a discounted option for guests who don’t drink alcohol but still want to enjoy the resort and its facilities. Overall, the staff were kind and welcoming, though at times they seemed overwhelmed by the large number of guests, which occasionally caused delays. The food experience was decent overall — in most meals, you’ll usually find at least one dish you genuinely enjoy. I didn’t try the snacks, so I can’t really judge that side of the experience. Depending on the number of nights reserved you get to try other restaurants at the resort other than the main one which were Greek and Italian, we couldn’t get a reservation at the Italian but we tried the Greek restaurant but it wasn’t my favorite. One of my friends had a small issue with housekeeping, as the room was missing soap and shampoo from check-in and they weren’t refilled. Thankfully, another challenge reported to reception, the matter was handled quickly and professionally. Overall, a pleasant stay and a nice resort experience.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and place! We did love everything there starts from room, service, location, food, cocktails, beach. Everything!!!! Thank you If you go further through a beach, you may reach wild beach which looks like in Thailand. We went to a city center in the last day by taxi €45. If you want a perfect vacation, go there 100%.
