“Excellent hotel and rooms in a fantastic location. Julie-Ann, the waitress in the Preferred pool area was amazing and a real asset to the hotel. Our only comment was that the beachside bar seating and grounds were a bit scruffy and some of the grounds generally could do with improved maintenance. Also the outside theatre area could do with an upgrade, Overall though we had a great experience and would definitely return.”

“Wonderful stay, our first time in Corfu celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Our expectations were high as we’d upgraded to preferred club level which didn’t disappoint. We travelled with Jet2Holidays which was seamless, on time departure, friendly onboard service and private transport. On arrival at hotel, we were greeted by welcoming hot towels and a glass of fizz. Our room was ready and welcoming. A bottle of sparkling wine and an amazing cake to help us celebrate. Mini bar topped up on a daily basis, water bottles topped up in your room as well as handy water points on everything level. We travelled in June outside school holidays, my first impression unfortunately was filled with a sea of prams in reception (the coolest part of the hotel) which wasn’t the vibe we were looking for however the hotel caters to adults and families, with so many different areas, you can settle to suit your needs. Where do I get started on the food! 1st Class!!! Seaside restaurant was amazing, freshly made pizzas in the pool bar, the Greek restaurant was just impeccable! The buffet restaurant itself was also amazing without all the different al a carte options. As we were preferred club, we never had an issue booking in for dinner, but heard it was difficult without. No issues with sunbeds, plenty of areas whatever time you venture out, either by any of the pools or on the beach. Immaculately clean, friendly staff…our perfect holiday… see you next year ❤️”

“Gutted to be leaving this review but not sure I have much of a choice. After spending a week at Hyatt Ziva myself and my partner had a lovely week away. Staff friendly, hotel clean and good food. Their housekeeping is not the same standard. On multiple occasions we found housekeeping in our room when they were not turning over the room. We found items of clothing in our room which were not even ours? Less than 24 hours after our departure I realised I’d left a drawer full of clothes in our room. Approx 10 items. I immediately phoned the hotel to make them aware and was told I would receive a call back from housekeeping. 7 hours later I had to call twice more and my clothes were simply “not found”. I asked how this could be possible considering the amount that was left and I was given the same answer. I have emailed twice since then and cannot seem to get a response from anyone. Over £500 worth of clothing has gone missing? It’s clear to me it’s either been binned or a member of staff has taken it with them and the hotel does not want to own up. Disappointing end and poor customer service from a five star hotel.”

“We recently spent a wonderful week in a family bungalow, which offered a beautifully peaceful, quiet setting and a fantastic sea view! The housekeeping was excellent - our room was thoroughly cleaned every day, and the fridge was consistently restocked. Loved the refill water bottle to use at the many refill stations scattered across the resort. All the à la carte restaurants were good; the Greek restaurant was our favourite for food, while the Seaside Grill offered stunning views and great live music. The Italian restaurant was a perfect, easier walk in option for lunch. Although the reservation app was down during our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we got all the bookings we wanted anyway. The buffet was also great for breakfast and lunch, as it was never chaotic and featured lovely outdoor seating views. The pool areas and bars also great with fantastic selection of cocktails and draft beer. The adults only pool section was especially nice, with continuous drinks service at the sunbed. We also took a day trip out to Corfu Town! The reception desk booked our taxi for us which was cheaper than what the Uber app was quoting. We would highly recommend this hotel!”

“Beautiful views, the website does it no justice. Pools are pristine! Because area has plenty of access and fun amenities for kids. Dinning: buffet had so many choices, it was all good. I would recommend anyone this place as a stay and play for a family or couple. Plenty of room to do what you want to do with the beauty of a beach and pools. Staff was A+”
