“I have a severe nut allergy, so I was extremely nervous about coming on this trip. Eating out can often be stressful and difficult for me, but Grecotel Eva Palace has been the most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed at. Before I even arrived, Panayioti, the Food & Beverage Manager, arranged a meeting with me to discuss my allergies and ensure that appropriate measures would be in place. From that moment on, the level of care and attention I received was exceptional. Chef Alex has prepared my meals separately and safely every day, giving me complete confidence in what I was eating. Every morning at breakfast, Nikoleta has been there to make sure everything is safe for me and has even pre-arranged my dinners. Themis, the other Food & Beverage Manager, has checked in with me daily, messaged to ensure I am safe, and has been present in every restaurant at dinner, overseeing everything and making sure I am happy and comfortable. I have genuinely never experienced this level of care and attention at any hotel or restaurant before. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, relaxed, and able to enjoy my holiday without constantly worrying about my allergy. On top of that, the hotel itself is beautiful. The pool, beach, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, and every member of staff has been friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Grecotel Eva Palace for making this such a memorable and stress-free holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone travelling with food allergies.”

“My wife and I recently had a wonderful stay at Eva Palace in Corfu and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable, and the view from it was simply magical — we truly enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The hotel offers plenty of options & things to do, to suit different preferences, and the food was great throughout our stay. We visited the "Mediterraneo" & "La Contessa" restaurants, and our experience was perfect with both of them. What stood out the most, however, was the service. The staff were all very polite and attentive, and we were treated exceptionally well from arrival to departure. We had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel Manager, Mr. Angelos Psarras, on several random occasions during our stay. He warmly welcomed us, took the time to talk with us, which made us feel very welcome. We especially want to thank the Hotel Operations Manager, Mr. Miltos Likokas. He was wonderful and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable & valued. His personal attention and genuine hospitality made a real difference to our stay — thank you for treating us so well! These personal interactions really matter, and we are very thankful for it! Eva Palace is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and high-quality stay in Corfu, and we would happily recommend it to anyone. A well-deserved 5 stars!”

“My Husband Daniel and I recently got married at Eva Palace and all we can say is wow! We’re still not over it! The wedding day it self was incredible even better than we could’ve imagined. That was all down to the AMAZING staff that went above and beyond not only just on the wedding day but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The views from Eva Palace and the Beach just speak for themselves the most beautiful backdrop for our dream wedding. “We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Eva Palace and this trip was extra special because it was our baby’s first international holiday. We were a little nervous travelling with a baby for the first time, but the experience turned out to be amazing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had beautiful views, which made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel surroundings are stunning and created a peaceful atmosphere for our family holiday. What stood out the most was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Travelling with a baby can sometimes feel challenging, but the staff made things much easier and always greeted us warmly. The food, facilities and overall experience were excellent, and we created memories we will always cherish as a family. “We had the most wonderful stay at Eva Palace in Corfu, and it was the perfect place to celebrate and finish our honeymoon. We arrived on the day the hotel reopened for the season, and everything was running beautifully from the very start, a real credit to the team. The hotel itself is beautifully set on the side of a cliff, with stunning views out across Lake Butrint, you can even see Albania and mainland Greece in the distance, which made it feel really special and unique. The room was very well maintained and spotlessly clean, and we were touched to find champagne waiting for us on arrival to help us celebrate our honeymoon. The food throughout our stay was excellent. The buffet offered a great selection at both breakfast and dinner, with plenty of variety each day. A standout highlight was La Contessa, the Italian à la carte restaurant, which was a fantastic dining experience and one we would highly recommend. The hotel also offers a very convenient twice-daily shuttle service into Corfu Old Town (just be sure to book in advance with the Guest Services Team), which made exploring easy and stress-free. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the people. A special thank you to Themis (Service Manager), whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our final evening and departure day incredibly special, it was the perfect way to end our honeymoon. We would also like to mention Vimtra (Waitress) at the pool bar, who was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, her friendly energy added so much to our time by the pool. The combination of breathtaking views, great food, and genuinely caring staff made this a stay we will always remember. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already hoping to return.
