Holidayed here beginning of April. Lovely big rooms. Very clean. Maids happy to help. Food was very good with lots of choice. The pool areas were clean and tidy. Sun beds were saved, but nothing was said, even though it states no saving of sunbeds! The small pool was slightly heated. The downside for me was access to the beach. It's a very steep walk down, and the steps were high, so coming back up was hard work. The beach had lots of black stones which you had to walk over to get to the sea and it wasn't easy. Still a lovely time had by all especially the little ones with all the kids entertainment. All staff were nice and helpful.

We made the most of our holiday here but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s 4 star plus Start with the good bits - great for kids, pool was the best bit and the evening entertainment Poor bits - Room we upgraded and found the toilet was leaking, the sink didn’t really drain and it’s just a bit dated - I’d class the hotel 3 star. There is no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room so if you have a little one needing milk as we did we had to request a kettle from reception We arrived at 10pm and after a long que we checked in 11.30pm with no food available but dried mash and bread The free pour drinks is great but the ques for the food and drink is nothing I’ve ever experienced before. We had to que at the snack bar maybe 30 mins just for burger a day. The main restaurant each station is a large que and food very much the same Staff polite and like I said great for kids

Best hotel ever, BEST DJ too and entertainment. The staff is so nice with everyone ( bars, restaurants and more). It’s always hard to leave the hotel at the end. I met so many great people (from Germany, England, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Poland ) and we all had a really great time. Most of us are coming back this summer again because last summer was so fun. If you’re a teenager or a young adult, don’t worry you will find a lot of other teens from other country and you will really enjoy!!! Also it’s a really good place for family or if you travel solo because there’s a lot of activities for adults/teens/kids and you get to meet new people. feel the magic in the airrrrrr aller aller allerrrr

We love this resort. Been there twice and my son wants to go again! The best part is the range of activities through out the day that cater to all family members with varied interests. The evening entertainment was superb and very high quality, well choreographed. Only downside is that it’s a bit far from the airport and other tourist areas if you want to go out.

Still here with a few more days to go. Overall its been a pretty enjoyable holiday, we are a family of 5, with 13, 12 and 9 year olds. There are a few "buts" ill start with the positives Beautiful views out to a gorgeous turquoise ocean. Bodega and Green Curry restaurants are top notch. Food is very nice. Rooms are big and well looked after. Clean and tidy everywhere. Entertainment is alright for us. Various music dance shows. Lobby bar is nice in an evening Plaza bar has a amazing bar tender who can take about 10 orders at a time and get every one right! Adult activites are fab. Negatives are Sunbed situation. I get it that people shouldnt reserve beds, but the reason they are is because 1. There aren't enough and 2. There is not enough shade. So rather annoyingly and petty of the hotel they are taking towels (if they are hotel borrowed ones) and when you get back to your beds they are gone. My answer to this is provide more sunbeds to accommodate the number of people in the hotel and extend the shaded areas, problem solved. Dont be petty about it and dont make customers suffer for your lack of provision we do pay a lot of money to come here and relax around the pool so should be a top priority. Kids clubs are not great. We registered all of ours for kids club and teen club. Neither of them were welcoming and nor did they have a programme of activities. So for Maxi Club they said just turn up and we will decide what we are doing....not particularly great. And teens club again they have hang outs but being predominantly German and not overly welcoming nor having a great presence around the pool my girls didn't want to participate. Not enough bar/coffee areas. Plaza bar only open on an evening and otherwise its lobby bar or indoors at the pool bar. There is a huge area down near the shops for a few tables and a coffee shop or bar. Why not make use of that? Shop is only open until 6:30 keep it open longer kids like to spend money on an evening you will make more if you stay open. Cat situation, well there are cats as we all know you get everywhere. There is a cat charity area built for the cats which is meant to be to feed and water them, every time I have gone to it there is no food or water available. If you are putting the cat area there at least keep it topped up and cared for. We have had a nice time, but we always make the most of everywhere we go. Would I come back???...maybe if the points noted above were acted on then yes.
