“What can I say about this place? Outstanding is probably the best word to describe it. From the warm welcome on our first day to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The service is incredible, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There are so many people who deserve a special mention: Eli, who welcomed us on our first day; Aliou at the bar, who was always attentive and kind; and the lovely housekeeping lady who came by every afternoon to ask if we needed fresh towels and left us a couple of chocolates each day. The food was always fresh and delicious, and the resort itself is beautiful. It offers several swimming pools, the beach is just a short walk away, and the views over the ocean are simply breathtaking. The last day after the check out we were able to use all of the facilities and had a space booked to get washed and changed. Everything about this place is exceptional, but what truly makes it special are the people. They go above and beyond to make you feel genuinely cared for, and that makes all the difference.”

“We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, to when we departed. Amazing staff and they will do anything to help you, reception staff amazing too any issues we had they sorted straight away. Personalised mini bar, freshly cooked food and a huge selection. Rooms were amazing and room service every day. We will return here and we are sad to leave. Location is beautiful right next to the beach! 10/10”

“Brilliant holiday – highly recommend! We’ve just finished a fantastic stay at Iberostar Fuerteventura Palace and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Our swim-out room was a real highlight – spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The housekeeping team did a great job, with the room kept spotless and serviced twice daily, which was a lovely touch. The food throughout the hotel was excellent, with plenty of choice every day so you never get bored. The two à la carte restaurants were a great bonus and definitely worth trying during your stay. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person we came across was welcoming, attentive, and quick to help – especially when it came to drinks service! Special mention to ALOU – absolute legend! Always smiling, great sense of humour, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Really appreciated him sorting the football for us too! We’re leaving with nothing but positive memories and would happily return again in the future.”
