In short: Seven verified all-inclusive hotels in Fuerteventura, ranked on counted guest reviews: Corralejo Bay tops the scores at 9.3, Iberostar Palace takes the best beach, Paradisus is the dedicated AI resort, Secrets brings six reservation-free à la carte — plus three honest challengers. Riu Palace Jandia, Elba Palace and Bahiazul don't sell the concept.
Fuerteventura looks like all-inclusive country — but far from every luxury hotel sells the concept. We verified each against its official site: Riu Palace Jandia runs half board, Elba Palace Golf sells breakfast or half board, and Bahiazul doesn't mention all-inclusive at all. That leaves seven genuine options — from five-star Unlimited-Luxury to the island's best-scored adults-only house.
The figures against each hotel are counted from real guest reviews (Booking + Google) — never estimated.
How we ranked these hotels
The order rests on guest scores, the counted themes from our review analyses and what each concept actually contains. Where à la carte terms aren't published, we say so plainly instead of guessing. Under each hotel we explain its place.
Worth knowing about Fuerteventura
The hotels cluster in three areas: Corralejo in the north with dunes and town life (Secrets, Corralejo Bay — about 40 minutes from the airport), Caleta de Fuste in the middle (Royal Level, 10–15 minutes), and the Jandía peninsula in the south with the island's grandest beaches (the Iberostar trio and Paradisus, 55–80 minutes). The island is swimmable year round with mild winters — and windy: the Sotavento lagoon is one of the world's most famous wind- and kitesurf waters.
Hotels we reviewed but left out
Being open about rejections is part of our methodology. The following were checked against their official websites but did not qualify:
- Riu Palace Jandia — runs on half board; its sister Riu Palace Tres Islas is the brand's all-inclusive option.
- Elba Palace Golf — sells only bed & breakfast or half board.
- Bahiazul — has no all-inclusive concept at all.
If any of these hotels launches a verifiable all-inclusive concept, the selection will be reconsidered.
We analysed the 254 most recently available guest reviews (Booking + Google) across the 7 hotels below — every figure is counted, never estimated. Reviews harvested August 2026. How we count mentions.

Barceló Corralejo Bay is the list's surprise: an adults-only house with the selection's highest guest score — 9.3.
The all-inclusive programme is verified on Barceló's own site, the wellness centre spans 900 square metres and Corralejo's town life sits 300 metres away.
Why this rank: The selection's top score and verified AI — a four-star adults-only format that beats the five-stars on guest satisfaction.

Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura Palace sits right on Jandía's white sand and is the island's most decorated all-inclusive — TripAdvisor's Best of the Best three years running.
Per the operator factsheet, two à la carte kitchens are included with reservation: the Tsukiji teppanyaki and beachfront alMar.
Why this rank: The best beach position, an award-winning concept and two à la carte in the AI — second on score alone.

Paradisus by Meliá is the island's only dedicated all-inclusive resort — the Destination Inclusive concept even includes a local excursion, and the adults-only Reserve tier (16+) adds a private pool.
13 of 13 counted food mentions are positive.
Why this rank: The island's only resort where AI is the founding concept — freshly renovated, with a thinner post-reopening review base.
4Fuerteventura, Spain
Service & staff: 8 of 8 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 7 of 7 mentions positive
Secrets Bahía Real is the five-star adults-only pick (16+) by Corralejo's dunes: Unlimited-Luxury with six à la carte restaurants on rotating openings, no wristbands.
Our counted reviews make the sushi bar the favourite but also note wear — honestly reported.
Why this rank: Six à la carte with no reservations is the island's most generous line-up — the 8.8 and the wear notes settle the placing.

Iberostar Waves Playa Gaviotas shares the beach with its Palace sister and runs verified AI with buffet plus a Spanish tapas bar.
The ace is the Star Prestige deck: an adults-only zone with infinity pool above the beach.
Why this rank: The adults' deck and beachfront lift it above its sister — same score, clearer profile.

Iberostar Waves Gaviotas Park is the family engine of the Gaviotas pair — named Spain's best all-inclusive hotel by TripAdvisor travellers.
Our counted reviews are honest: 13 of 18 service mentions positive, and evening noise from the entertainment is noticeable.
Why this rank: Spain's best AI per TripAdvisor travellers — but our counted service and noise notes justify sixth.
Fuerteventura, Spain
Service & staff: 12 of 15 mentions positive · Pools, beach & aquapark: 9 of 9 mentions positive
Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level is the adults-only wing (18+) in Caleta de Fuste with round-the-clock drinks and snacks — its own restaurant, pool and pool bar in a zone apart from the main resort.
Spa treatments recur as the highlight in reviews.
Why this rank: The 24-hour service and adult zone are strong — the 8.5 takes last place in a selection where nothing is unverified.
