“We've just spent 18th-25th of march here at this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon and I can honestly say it was perfect. They gave us a large sea view room and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate and the views were breathtaking. The room was beautiful and cleaned to high standard everyday. The food was amazing and there's a snack bar too which was just as good. The staff are amazing and really go out of their way for you. Evening entertainment was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and you won't be disappointed. We'd love to go back”

“Our stay at Hotel Riu Palace Jandía was a very pleasant experience, with the stunning sea view as the absolute highlight. From the hotel – and especially from the rooms – you have a breathtaking view over the ocean and the long sandy beach. Particularly at sunrise and sunset, the view is truly impressive and adds an extra sense of luxury to the stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is also of good quality, with plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner. The location right by the beach completes the experience and makes it easy to fully relax. There are, however, a few points to consider. The swimming pool is relatively small for a hotel of this level, which can make it feel a bit crowded during busier times. Additionally, the hotel can be somewhat noisy inside: sounds from other guests in the hallway or from neighboring rooms are often noticeable, especially in the evening and early morning. All in all, Hotel Riu Palace Jandía is an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy peace, comfort, and above all a spectacular sea view, provided you take into account a few minor drawbacks.”

“Wonderful hotel! The staff are kind, friendly, and always helpful with advice. The hotel has a great location and good connections for various activities and car rental options. It’s also a convenient choice for going to the beach. The rooms are clean and the ocean view is truly impressive. The food is absolutely phenomenal!”

“MOUSE AND MOUSE SHIT IN THE ROOM - NO COMPENSATION We found mouse feces in the room on the bed, but didn't know what it was at first. One day later at night, we noticed a mouse running around the room, even inside our bags. After that, the following happened: 1. During midnight, we had to move all our belongings and relocate to another room. 2. The manager and director at the reception refused to give us any compensation and told us to contact Booking.com instead. 3. We contacted Booking.com, and they tried to reach the hotel several times by calling and writing emails, but received no reply from the property. 4. I have tried to call and write emails several times over the last 3 days to the hotel, but there has been zero reply. + In a 5-star hotel, nobody at the reception can speak even at an A2 level of English. This is a real shame, ridiculous, and completely unacceptable from a 5-star hotel. This incident will be reported to the Spanish Health Authority and to the European Consumer Centre as well.”

“Great hotel, food and service. However, the location is the issue as it's on a hillside where you need to navigate two separate lifts and many stairs to get down to the beach. TUI should have been clearer about mobility as my wife cannot walk far. Furthermore, there is a limited choice of local bars and restaurants and taxi is necessary.”
