Reviews from Google“I have just checked out of the Tikida Golf Palace and can only describe the experience as complete paradise. The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was all exceptional and couldn’t do enough for me on my stay. The pool is luxurious and the rooms are every bit 5-star. I opted for half board, which didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious and again, the level of service was excellent. It’s worth noting that half board here doesn’t include drinks with your evening meal, but don’t let that put you off. It is a truly wonderful place. They arranged for me to visit one of the local Souk markets and even arranged for the taxi driver to wait for me whilst I shopped. Would definitely recommend and really don’t want to leave!”
“I visited Tikida Golf Hotel after coming from a long distance, and once again I was refused entry right at the gate by the security guard. This is not the first time I’ve been turned away under the pretext that the hotel is “fully booked,” and we were met with an attitude of rejection and disdain. Even when we tried to make a reservation, no one responded to us, while we noticed that foreign guests were welcomed differently. This was truly disappointing.”
“We stayed at this hotel from March 15 – 22 2025. First the positive. The rooms are very nice, large and clean. The breakfast buffet is also very nice, I would like to mention the patisserie Hamil who still has this loving way of pampering guests. The restaurant in the evening is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. You can clearly see that Morocco has a problem finding well-trained staff for the kitchen and service. A lot is simply forgotten - but it is suddenly on the bill. The dining room doesn't open until 7.30pm - and then everyone arrives at the same time, totally overwhelming the service. We made 2 day trips. Paradise Valley is nothing like the pictures you see on the internet. A brown broth meanders through the valley, dammed up in many places with filled plastic bags. The narrow path is lined with wooden and plastic shacks that are rather repulsive. Plastic waste everywhere. We made the 2nd excursion to the national park. This “all inclusive” excursion was not exactly sold cheaply at reception. 15 minutes after departure we were standing at the entrance to the park - where we were asked to pay the parking fee (60! euros), according to the driver. The golf courses at the hotel are very beautiful and well maintained. If you want something to eat after the game you have to hurry, the kitchen in the club restaurant closes at 4pm. The Tazegzout Golf Course can be recommended without restriction. Very challenging, but very beautiful. I cannot recommend Golf de l'Ocean. Expensive and unkempt. The mosquitoes almost ate us up and the stench from the nearby sewage works accompanied us for most of the day. Be careful with the cab organized at the hotel. The journey takes 5 minutes - but for 4 people they want 40 euros there and back. This led to some unpleasant discussions at the hotel. However, we enjoyed the beautiful sunshine and pleasant temperatures, which is why Agadir is great in March.”
