Everything is very well organized, and all staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Osame and Balaussa for their kindness and outstanding service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, in my opinion, this hotel is more suitable for families than for young groups of friends. If you are looking for a lively atmosphere and nightlife, you may find it a bit quiet. The only thing I felt was missing was music at the beach and louder music in the nightclub. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, beautiful facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families and couples.”
“We had a wonderful stay at Rubi Platinum...again. Thanks to all the outstanding staff and especially the wonderful people in the MaMePa kids club. Our kids loved to play and stay here and enjoyed every night show. I have to admit, that this kids club is even much better than the kindergarten we go to at home. “We had a wonderful holiday in Turkey. We would especially like to thank the pool waiter Abdullah. He was always friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. One small suggestion: due to the high temperatures around the pool, lighter and more breathable uniforms for the waiters would be a great improvement, as they have to work in very hot conditions and sweat a lot. This would make their work much more comfortable. Thank you to Abdullah for a great experience!”
