“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rubi Platinum Hotel. The overall service and atmosphere were excellent, but what truly made our holiday special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. We would especially like to thank Alper Çetin, Enise, Nursima, and Nuray Ataoğlu. They were always kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. Their warm smiles and positive attitude made us feel welcome and happy every single day. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. A special thank you goes to Alper Çetin, who is not only extremely friendly and welcoming but also a very funny person. His great sense of humor and positive energy brightened our days and made our stay even more enjoyable. The way he interacted with guests made us feel truly valued and at home. Having such dedicated and caring employees is a great asset to the hotel. We highly recommend Rubi Platinum and would like to thank the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. “We had a great stay at Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites. The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality. Everything is very well organized, and all staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Osame and Balaussa for their kindness and outstanding service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, in my opinion, this hotel is more suitable for families than for young groups of friends. If you are looking for a lively atmosphere and nightlife, you may find it a bit quiet. The only thing I felt was missing was music at the beach and louder music in the nightclub. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, beautiful facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families and couples.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Rubi Platinum...again. Thanks to all the outstanding staff and especially the wonderful people in the MaMePa kids club. Our kids loved to play and stay here and enjoyed every night show. I have to admit, that this kids club is even much better than the kindergarten we go to at home. The staff is so kind and always there for the kids. Ok, enough praise :) You better go and find out yourself. Have a good time!!!”

“We had a wonderful holiday in Turkey. We would especially like to thank the pool waiter Abdullah. He was always friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. One small suggestion: due to the high temperatures around the pool, lighter and more breathable uniforms for the waiters would be a great improvement, as they have to work in very hot conditions and sweat a lot. This would make their work much more comfortable. Thank you to Abdullah for a great experience!”
