“Everything at the hotel was excellent. It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, however, this will be our last visit. The reason is that there are few shops near the hotel, and the ones that do exist are very expensive. Furthermore, we had made a hair appointment for my wife. We paid a €130 deposit in advance for an appointment on the evening of our departure. In the end, the hairdresser simply scammed us. He kept urging us to come in and seemed very friendly, but ultimately, he deceived us. I tried calling him several times, but he has blocked my number. It is a real shame, because the hotel itself is fantastic. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience means we will not be returning.kader😡”

“Good hotel on top of hill, friendly staff except some receptionist who wasn't polite and loud. Customer retention desk next to reception are amazing and very polite. Food is great and great service and staff are polite and helpful. Good shuttle service to beach and service. I will visit and stay again soon.”

“The most amazing hotel with everything you need and more! Delicious food, amazing staff too and the only downside is that it's on a mountain, so it is harder to leave for the centre of Alanya. However they do have shuttle busses that can take you to the centre against payment. The shuttle bus to the beach is free.”

“Hello! This is a hotel to avoid, it is by no means a 5 star hotel, I have stayed in 4 star hotels much superior to this one. I stayed for 5 days, during which time the towels were not changed, they did not come to clean. The next day when I announced at the reception to change the towels, they told me that they had a washing machine, to wash them myself. When I checked out they made me pay extra for energy and wather. The food is not varied. Being off season, the indoor pool was not heated.”
