Rixos Premium Tekirova

“We stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova for 4 nights expecting a premium family resort. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the price (around €700 per night). We travelled with our 5-year-old daughter, but the sofa bed was never prepared, there were towels for only two guests, and no step stool for a child. These issues were reported during our stay but remained unresolved. Coffee quality was disappointing even when prepared on a professional espresso machine. Cocktail quality varied greatly depending on the bartender, and Prosecco was often served warm instead of properly chilled. The buffet and desserts were average rather than premium. The sea was often cloudy, and drinks on the beach were served in disposable plastic cups. On the positive side, the Rixy Kids Club was excellent. Our daughter loved it, and the staff there were outstanding. Overall, I expected much more attention to detail and consistency from a premium Rixos property. P.S. I discussed these issues with Guest Relations and several hotel managers during my stay, and we also communicated via Lumin. Unfortunately, despite these conversations, the room preparation issues were never resolved before our departure. Receiving a standard response asking me to contact the hotel again after my stay is disappointing, as the hotel already had multiple opportunities to address these concerns while I was there.”

“Really beautiful hotel, and such a wonderful experience. The pool is super lush and the kids loved the waterslides! The waiters around the pool were so cool! They were on rollerblades delivering everyone drinks, and they were so friendly and attentive! My partner proposed to me on this holiday, and the hotel provided the heart shaped balloons, and even champagne all sent to the room! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“Just returned from an incredible stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova and honestly one of the best holidays we’ve had. The hotel itself is beautiful, the grounds are spotless and the views around the mountains and sea are unreal. The staff were exceptional throughout the whole stay and genuinely made the experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. The food choice was excellent with plenty of variety every day, and the drinks and service around the resort were great too. The facilities were really good, especially the pools, beach area and entertainment. There was always something going on without it feeling overcrowded or chaotic. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely return. Huge thank you to all the staff at Rixos Premium Tekirova for such a memorable stay.”

“Our stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova was excellent, and two people in particular made our vacation even more memorable. First of all, I had a massage at the spa with Ramazan, the physiotherapist, and it was by far the most professional massage I have ever experienced in a hotel spa. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of physiotherapy, he was able to identify and treat several areas of tension and pain with great precision. After the treatment, I felt incredibly relaxed, and many of my aches had noticeably improved. If you’re looking for more than just a standard wellness massage and want a truly professional treatment, I can highly recommend Ramazan. I would also like to thank Recep from the Beach Bar. His level of service was truly exceptional. He was always friendly, attentive, incredibly hardworking, and consistently went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication stood out every single day and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Tekirova team for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back!”
