“Absolutely fantastic stay and would 100% be back. The variation of food stands outside and having the burgers open till 4am was brilliant and very enjoyable. The pools were great too, lots of activities and no rush for sunbeds either as lots available! Usain and the entertainment team were amazing, even taking us to the nightclub on Sunday night! They made sure to always come over and speak with us and we loved getting to know them! Mehmet and Hamza at the bar were brilliant too (as were all the bar staff!). Mehmet always made sure to ask us if we wanted more drinks and was so friendly! Would also highly recommended the spa but make sure you aren’t sunburnt before! Would come back to this hotel without question :)”

“Amazing hotel for families. Lots of activities, both day and night shows. Great beach, lots of sunbeds and food options. Big rooms with a good size terrace. If you can, stay in the quieter part of the hotel closer to beach across the street. The only negative is that bar is usually full and waiting time to get a drink is long. Also, dinner time span is very short (only 2 hours) and during our 7 days stay; a couple of nights we had to walk a lot around restaurant until somebody finishes. Not many meat options. All together, good value for the money”

“It was my second stay at this hotel and I'm pleasantly surprised by the improvements — the rooms have been renovated and the food has improved too. At the same time, I was disappointed by the smell in the bathroom — there was a sewage smell coming from the shower, not the toilet. I stayed in room 1417 on the top floor. I was also struck by the fact that most of the guests were British, which is quite unusual for me to see, and suggests that the hotel does a great job of attracting this audience. The best part about visiting in May is that while the sea temperature is only 20°C, the swimming pools are heated — back in 2023 there was no chance to enjoy swimming, so this is a big improvement. I'm also glad that guests now have the option of gluten-free and healthy dishes, as well as interesting desserts such as Basque cheesecake, which is absolutely delicious. The staff varies, but is mostly kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Just returned from a 10 day stay here and we have had a fab time would 100% recommend! Transfer not to long, rooms cleaned daily! Fantastic food choices, right near the beach! Entertainment was so much fun - Usain is an absolute credit to the hotel!”

“The activities are lacking heavy on this hotel food is great mainly dessert and kids friendly food. Outside food more better for lunch due to more flavour. Activities again is lacking trust me its not just me thats says this. Adult disco is presented on the website but yet not performed, live music is another one but overall is good but activities is not taken seriously and followed which is not okay as i paid for whats prescribed on website. They dont have nothing entertaining for adults at night…they have good standard activities like game room and pool indoor pool. Also be prepared every staff will beg you for review well nearly all staffs it can get quite annoying as they demand it on the spot even while im in middle of my dinner one example the dinner bartender its bad taste to name names. I see him ask every single person he serves for review that is little bit odd. I hope management correct this. On a side note Resit the server has great service he is very attentive towards everyone and has positive attitude. Spa area is extortion prices 30 min head massage 40-50 euro classic massage 70 euro for just wow… its more than UK prices then after massage they are very persistent on you getting another massage like to the point where it throws me off on not getting another massage, And look for local one but unfortunately there is no local massage near hotel. I would say if you have kids they would love this hotel.”
