“This is a very nice small boutique hotel in an amazing location. The main problem with this place is the staff. The redhead gentlemen was very helpful and kind. The restaurant staff need to be replaced. The younger gentlemen is very rude. We sat and witnessed him and a young lady waitress get into an argument in front of everyone. Not professional. When we asked her where we could sit, she told us anywhere we'd like. So we sat in the main room. Then the young fella came over and told us we had to move to the side room cause those tables were reserved for 4 people. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant. The location is perfectly placed in the middle of everything tourists wish to visit. The rooms were quaint and sufficed.”

“This must surely be one of Europe's finest old Grand Hotels. It has a fascinating history and a fabulous interior. We went for lunch and sat at first outside in the central courtyard which is open air and very well shaded. Our lunch was served inside because it was cooler. The hotel has a very cool and calm atmosphere, the perfect escape from a hot and busy city and if you like Grand old hotels then this is the perfect place to spend an hour or two and have lunch and experience some superb service. It's lovely.”

“Unfortunately this stay was supposed to be the grand finale of our month in Spain but it was a major disappointment. Please stay away during wedding season. During our stay they had a very rowdy wedding party that stayed up nightly until 6 am. The hotel is historic and therefore the rooms are not sound proofed, The hotel apologized but otherwise did nothing for our experience. You would think you could have a great sleep in such a luxury hotel but that was not our experience, the lobby ambassador told us twice that they would send up a complimentary bottle of cava but never did. We inquired about it and no one knew anything about it and made us feel uncomfortable when asking for it. Service was kind but not polished. They never provided us with our folio and I am still trying to get credit for my stay. I reached out directly to hotel and two weeks later I am still waiting for a reply. So many moments during our stay they could have done better. The location is great breakfast was fantastic. Lovely place to have a meal but I can not recommend staying at this hotel.”

“The hotel itself is beautiful and definitely looks worthy of its 5-star rating. The rooms and overall appearance are impressive, and the breakfast offers a good selection of tasty food. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. The breakfast area is not very cozy, and every morning there was a long queue to get seated, which is not what you would expect from a luxury hotel. The biggest disappointment was the service. For a 5-star hotel, it was well below expectations. There was only one friendly lady at check-in; most of the other staff members came across as arrogant and unfriendly. I don’t expect staff to be overly cheerful, but a simple smile and a welcoming attitude would make guests feel much more appreciated. What upset us most was that the housekeeping team apparently lost my daughter’s teddy bear, worth approximately €150. We were repeatedly told that they would look for it, but nothing seemed to happen. I had to return to the reception desk three separate times, each time waiting a long time for assistance. Eventually, I asked for a solution, but since then the hotel has completely stopped responding. They do not reply to emails and have provided no update whatsoever. It is very disappointing because the hotel has great facilities and looks stunning, but good service is what truly makes a hotel experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, personal, and guest-focused stay.”

“From the moment we were warmly greeted by the concierge to our seamless checkout, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, and our room was both luxurious and incredibly comfortable, featuring some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist whenever needed. This hotel was truly a highlight of our time in Seville, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.”
