“It was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the resort itself was impressive, and the water park was an absolute highlight. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people working here. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. However, a few people truly went above and beyond and deserve a special mention. The team at Anka Restaurant—Dilan, Fikret, and Mehmet Ali—welcomed and served us with genuine warmth and big smiles every single time, no matter how busy or hot it was. Their kindness and dedication made every meal even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank the team at the Panorama Lounge Bar, especially Özgü and her wonderful colleagues. Our children loved spending time there, largely because of the warm atmosphere you created, even when there wasn’t much for them to do. A special thank you as well to Zehra from the entertainment team. Although we didn’t participate much in the activities, she was incredibly kind, approachable, and welcoming. To everyone: thank you for your kindness, your hard work, and the care you put into making every guest feel special. It truly made a difference, and we hope to return one day.”

“Great value for money and I’d definitely recommend it. The food was excellent with a wide variety, fresh vegetables and fruit, and noticeably better quality than at other Turkish resorts I’ve visited. Drinks were surprisingly good, with decent beer, tasty cocktails! There was plenty to do for both kids and adults, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and finding a sunbed was never an issue. The only downside worth mentioning was the poor sound insulation - you can hear everything from the hallway. The hotel also seems a bit understaffed, so service can occasionally be slower, although the staff were generally friendly and helpful.”

“Beautiful resort and plenty of entertainment on offer (which is only a short shuttle bus journey away). They have an on site star bucks too but it's very limited. The resort is very clean and tidy amd staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are also very nice and spacious amd cleaned daily. The pools at the main resort are also quite nice and offer a more quieter experience whilst the main entertainment area which is maybe a 10 min walk/ 5min shuttle bus journey offers more music and entertainment as well as the evening entertainment.”

From pool games, to music to the most amazing pool party. Every person is catered for and included and they made our trip. The bar staff and cleaners need a huge thank you to.
