“Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Delphin BE Grand Resort. Traveling with three children can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made everything effortless. The facilities are exceptional, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the variety of food was outstanding. Our kids were entertained from morning until night with the pools, activities, and family-friendly atmosphere, while we were able to relax and truly enjoy our holiday. What impressed us most was the level of service and attention to detail throughout the resort. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a true five-star experience in every sense. We created unforgettable family memories here and can confidently say it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. “Very good location for a resort! They offered us a lot of food options for all of us and even gluten free options for my cousin. The hotels had a lot of swimming pools, plenty of food, plenty of bars, and a lot of activities for kids and adults. Every evening, there was a great show for both adults and kids, and live music events. Surely we will return to this resort in the foreseeable future. We thank all the staff for accommodating every single one of us and making sure we are all happy.”

“This was the first trip to Turkey for my family and I, and we were a bit nervous in the first instance. This, we learned very quickly, was entirely unnecessary as we were immediately presented with an excellent standard of service and despite late arrival, offered to an area where food and drink was still being served (we later learned that this is available in some format 24 hours per day). We were joined by pre-arrangement by another family who had visited the hotel before, and we were glad to have taken their recommendation. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, both in tidying/cleaning, as well as the minibar, and the layout was very convenient. The entertainment was different every night, and a lot of effort was put into this (both family's 9 year old daughters appreciated the Magician on Friday night, 17th April, especially as this was quickly relocated indoors due to inclement weather). The food was well prepared and very enjoyable, from the main restaurant buffet to the snacks/coffee available in the various shacks on the walk down to the beach. During the day we never had problems acquiring a sun lounger. The bar service was exceptional, and we would like to single out one individual who made our visits to both the main restaurant in the evening and the "Irish Bar" following this, a waiter by the name of Beytulla. His service, friendliness and memory for details are to be admired and we would like the management to be made aware of this and the positive experience he brought to our holiday. There was plenty to walk around and see during the day, the gym was excellent, the "Olympic pool" was good for excercise, albeit very cold-heated pool right next to it though. Our wives enjoyed the daily 10:30 yoga classes and the children loved the water park, having used all the slides. I would recommend this hotel to all families as there is something for everyone. “ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Our stay at Delphin BE Grand Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort is huge and offers so many activities that it is almost impossible to experience everything during one holiday. Every day there was something happening somewhere in the complex. The food was outstanding in every restaurant, from the main buffet to the à la carte restaurants and snack bars. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated the attention to hygiene and food safety. The variety of food and drinks is incredible, and everyone can find something they love. The service throughout the resort was exceptional. Waiters, housekeeping, guest relations, bartenders, and all staff members were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Service at the restaurants, pools, and beach was incredibly fast and efficient. For families with children, this resort is simply paradise. We have never seen so many activities for kids in one place. The Kids Club, Mini Disco, amusement park, water playgrounds, slides, and even the little bus that takes children around the resort create unforgettable memories. The evening shows at the Grand Arena were spectacular and of a very high professional standard. Every night was entertaining and impressive. The Wi-Fi coverage is excellent throughout the entire resort, including the beach and pool areas, making video calls and streaming effortless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We understand that some modernization may be planned in the future, but even now the resort is maintained to a very high standard. A special thank you to the entire management team and every employee for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. Delphin BE Grand is a place where unforgettable family memories are made. “We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel while celebrating our wedding with our family. Upon arrival, our room was beautifully decorated, and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, which was a thoughtful gesture. Later that day, a decorated table was arranged for us in the restaurant, creating a special and well-organized dining experience. In addition, we received breakfast in our room on the first morning, which was both convenient and enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort made to make our celebration even more memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.”
