“Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation. The hotel is very clean, the grounds are well maintained, and the beach is kept spotless. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. There were also many activities and entertainment programs for children, making it a great choice for families. On the downside, it was sometimes difficult to find a free table at the restaurant despite the all-inclusive concept. In addition, rooms closer to the sea can be affected by nighttime noise. Loud music with heavy bass often continues late into the evening, and noisy guests returning to their rooms can make it difficult for young children to sleep. I would also like to mention the on-site restaurant. We waited almost 90 minutes for a simple chicken-and-rice dish. Unfortunately, the food did not justify the wait and lacked the flavor and quality we expected from Indian cuisine. Despite these issues, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. We left with many wonderful family memories and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly holiday destination.”

“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The cliffside setting was stunning, the beach was amazing, the water park was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only minor downsides were that the selection of alcoholic drinks wasn't very impressive, and the evening dance and entertainment shows could be improved. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“We stayed at this hotel for 11 days with our child and overall had a wonderful vacation. I would happily return in the future. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a very good job throughout our stay. One thing that surprised us was that the bathroom only had soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel provided. We later learned that these items had to be requested separately, which felt unusual for a hotel of this level. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. I have visited many hotels over the years, but I have never seen such a beautiful, colorful, and well-maintained garden. The landscaping is exceptional and clearly receives a lot of care and attention. The pools were warm, clean, and well maintained. The children's water slides were excellent and our child loved them. However, the lifeguards at the kids' slides were disappointing. They often appeared disengaged and did not actively supervise the slides. Smaller children move slowly, while older children can come down much faster, creating a risk of collisions. The beach is excellent, with a gentle entrance into the sea that is perfect for families with young children. The main restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety and fresh fish available every day. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, as well as family-friendly dining areas. The à la carte restaurants were mixed. One was excellent, but the Flower Restaurant was disappointing. The food was dry, overcooked, and oversalted, and the service was quite slow. We were also surprised to discover that a bottle of wine cost €17, despite being told that the restaurant visit was included for guests staying 11 nights or more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire property, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the Kids Club team, especially Oscar, Ivo, and Hanna. They were energetic, engaging, and fantastic with children. Our child genuinely looked forward to spending time there every day. One important tip for families: if you have young children and prefer an early bedtime, request a room away from the entertainment area. Some rooms are close to the hotel's stage or a neighboring hotel's stage, and the music can be very loud and continue until late at night. Despite a few issues, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful grounds, excellent beach, great food, reliable Wi-Fi, and outstanding Kids Club made this a memorable vacation, and we would definitely consider returning.”
