“We had a wonderful stay at TUI Magic Life Masmavi. The hotel feels like a small village, with so many facilities and activities that you don't really need to leave the resort unless you have something specific you want to visit nearby. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. There was always something new to try. The entertainment and activities were also fantastic, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and worked hard to make sure guests were well taken care of throughout the day. There were always snacks, drinks, and refreshments available, which made the all-inclusive experience even better. Our room was quite basic and not particularly luxurious, but it was spacious enough for our family of four—my husband, our two children, and me—so it met our needs perfectly. We didn't have a great view, but since we spent very little time in the room, it wasn't an issue for us. What really stood out to us was how much we enjoyed our stay. This was one of the first hotels we've visited where we immediately said, "We definitely want to come back." We'd love to return with family friends or even just as our own family again. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend TUI Magic Life Masmavi to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled holiday with excellent food, plenty of activities, and outstanding service.”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were always clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious with a great variety every day. We also loved the different themed dinners and the evening entertainment. We were a family of eight, and every single one of us had a fantastic time. This wasn't our first TUI Magic Life hotel, but it was definitely the best one we've visited. The biggest highlight for us was the animation team. They created such a warm and fun atmosphere and were always friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. A special thank you to Kübra and Can, with whom we had a brilliant time right from the very first day of our stay. We'd also like to mention Oktay, Nemo, and the rest of the team – you all made our holiday unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday (couples, families with kids, singles doesn't matter). “A very nice hotel that I would describe as an excellent 4-star resort. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and there are several swimming pools to enjoy. There is a great range of activities throughout the day, so there's always something to do for both adults and children. The food is good, with plenty of choice and options for everyone, including vegans. If I had to suggest improvements, I would say the selection of cold cuts and the quality of some cocktails could be better. The absolute highlight of our stay was playing tennis with Emre, the tennis instructor. Not only is he a fantastic coach who quickly improves your game, but he's also hilarious, when he gets angry, I ended up bringing the whole family along so he could tell them off as well! 😁 His energy, sense of humour, and coaching skills made every session super fun. Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an active and enjoyable stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi. The food was excellent across breakfast, lunch, and dinner — every meal was well prepared, with great variety every day, and most dishes were fresh, well cooked, and delicious. Special events such as the Eid festival and White Night were also very well designed and created a great atmosphere. The facilities were also great: the pools, beach, and heated pool were all excellent, especially the heated pool for children in the morning. The gym was large and had a good range of equipment, which was a nice plus. The staff also made a very positive impression — around 90% of the staff we interacted with were extremely polite, smiling, and helpful. Special thanks to Ataberk and Cemre, who were very kind and made our stay even better. There was very little we did not like. The only minor feedback is that our balcony door lock did not lock properly. Since our balcony had direct access from the pool area, this could be improved for extra peace of mind. It was not a major issue for us, but worth mentioning as a small improvement point. Overall, excellent food, great facilities, and very friendly staff made it a wonderful family holiday.”

“Highly recommend! Such an amazing hotel and the staff cannot do enough for you. Our children loved every moment and there was constantly something on to entertain the whole family. The steak and teppanyaki restaurants in the hotel were very delicious! I would also like to say a special thank you to Serdar from guest services who went above and beyond for us!
