“Regnum The Crown may well be one of the best hotels in Antalya. From the architecture and food to the pools, spa, cafés and street food, every detail has clearly been thought through with incredible care. The level of attention to detail, luxury and comfort is truly impressive. What sets this hotel apart most is the variety of restaurants. You can find cuisines from all around the world, and after a week here, you can genuinely feel like you’ve had a global culinary experience. And if you don’t feel like going to one of the à la carte restaurants, the main restaurant still offers an incredible feast at an equally high standard. The rooms are beautiful. The design, views, comfort and attention to detail are all exceptional. Even the beach bag provided for guests is something you simply wouldn’t find at just any hotel; the quality really shows how much thought goes into every aspect of the guest experience. We have been happily staying at Maxx Royal hotels for more than 10 years, and Regnum The Crown gave us an experience that was just as good, and in some areas even better. We also stayed here during its first year last year, and there has clearly been a significant improvement in staff training since then. However, I believe there is still one important area that needs more attention: service consistency. In my opinion, this is the hotel’s biggest challenge and potentially its biggest risk as it grows. There doesn’t yet seem to be a consistent minimum service standard across the entire team. One thing that has always impressed us about Maxx Royal, even after more than 10 years of visiting their hotels, is the consistency, quality and happiness of their staff. It is clear that the company invests seriously in training, staff wellbeing and service culture. I think Regnum The Crown could benefit from putting even more focus and investment into this area. Interestingly, one of the staff members we were particularly impressed with told us that he had previously worked at Maxx Royal. It made us think what an incredible combination the training and service culture from Maxx Royal, together with the facilities and opportunities at Regnum The Crown, could create. The main issue is that when one of the really good team members is on holiday, you can unfortunately feel a significant difference in the level of service. The hotel has everything it needs to be truly exceptional; it just needs to make sure that the service experience is consistently at the same level as the incredible facilities. A special thank you to Oğuzhan, who looked after us at the bar, and to Engin and Enes, who took care of everything we needed by the pool throughout the day - sometimes even before we had to ask. They were genuinely outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. If the hotel puts a little more focus on consistency and service quality, I truly believe it has the potential to become one of the very best hotels in Turkey and deliver an exceptional experience to every guest. “We had a fantastic holiday at the Regnum Hotels, the facilities across both hotels were outstanding and immaculate, we split our time across both the Crown and Carya and enjoyed restaurants, pool time, Bars and entertainment across both. The food at both hotels has been outstanding and we have used multiple restaurants. Cleanliness throughout the hotels is excellent. We had a swim up villa and it’s a shame the pool is not heated here so we didn’t use it a lot. The big difference for us was the quality of service between the hotels we found that the service particularly around the bars, pool and restaurants was far superior at the Crown and very hit and miss at Carya and notably the standout member of staff for us was Kayra at the Crown main pool he was polite, happy, extremely efficient and attentive and was a pleasure to chat to and he gave great recommendations so I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”

“Today, we checked out of the hotel. We had a meal at Al Waha, and everything was perfect. Fatma Hanim took wonderful care of us at Al Waha and was absolutely amazing . We also dined at Nikos, Mexa, and Rivera. The sea, the pool, and the staff were all wonderful. It is a very family-friendly hotel with constant activities and events, so you never get bored. We were amazed by our stay and were very satisfied with everything.”

“This is probably the best place I had ever stayed at in the world. All of the restaurants were inclusive for us, all types of restaurants within the resort like Greek, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Arab, Japanese and etc. The food was always to the highest quality and the best taste. The service and the hospitality was impeccable. You have a water park and a farm within the resort. Will always recommend!”
