“I stayed at this resort for the first time I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it is a very big resort, the service was excellent. The food was so delicious. Everywhere was sooo clean and organized. Mustafa at the reception was wonderful. Provided wheelchair for my mom. He was polite and very helpful. From now on every June when I come to Türkiye from NY, I will come at stay at Susesi Highly recommend especially for families.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent — all three daily meals were absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Between the main meals, you can also enjoy snacks or coffee with sweets at the à la carte restaurants, which was a very nice touch. The beach and the whole hotel territory are beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is good overall. There is also a beach club by the sea, although it closes at 5 PM, which we did not really like. The only downside was the sunbeds — they are plastic and not very comfortable, so they definitely need improvement. Other than that, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel.”

“We had an enjoyable stay at the resort overall. The resort itself is beautiful, with lovely facilities, relaxing surroundings, and plenty of activities for both adults and children. The food was good, with a wide variety of options, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. However, the room service/housekeeping was disappointing and did not match the quality of the rest of the resort. The room was cleaned only superficially, without checking or replacing missing amenities. For example, the bathroom tissue box remained empty throughout our 3-day stay, and there were even items left under the bed from previous guests. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and should be improved. Overall, the resort has great potential, but the housekeeping service needs significant improvement to match the high standard of the rest of the hotel.”

“We stayed at Susesi for 8 nights during the first week of July. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Even though the hotel is almost 20 years old, it still maintains a high standard. I would especially like to thank the evening entertainment team — Alina, Vladyslav, and Olya. They truly made our vacation. The sports activities, evening entertainment, and discos were all fantastic. However, I would also like to point out that this hotel is not a good choice for couples without children. There is simply nowhere to enjoy a quiet and peaceful vacation together. Children are literally everywhere. There are so many of them that it is almost impossible to find a quiet place to relax. The hotel also advertises an adults-only pool, but in reality there were even more children there than at the main pool. The biggest disappointment of our stay was the Guest Relations department. We had one disappointing experience when booking an à la carte restaurant. We were simply told where to go and left to figure everything out ourselves. Our second experience happened on the day of departure. My dress accidentally fell from our balcony, and since we were checking out and rushing to the airport, I asked Guest Relations for help. I was assured that everything would be taken care of and that my dress would be brought to the reception. An hour later, when our airport transfer had already arrived, we found out that the staff member had simply forgotten about it. She then said she thought we were checking out later, then changed her explanation and said she thought the dress would be taken back to our room, and later even confused it with a towel. Thankfully, my husband went to look for it himself and managed to find it. It may seem like a small issue, but it was a disappointing way to end an otherwise wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, I couldn’t read the employee’s name because her hair was covering her name tag. In our experience, the Guest Relations team seemed warm and attentive mainly toward returning guests or certain visitors, while our concerns were not treated with the same level of attention. Despite all of this, we will still remember our vacation fondly. The food, drinks, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. We probably wouldn’t return, simply because we’re looking for a quieter, adults-oriented resort, but overall we would rate our stay 8/10.”

Everything about the resort felt elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. The entire property is stunning, with immaculate gardens, शानदार pools, and a gorgeous beachfront that creates a very peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The food was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and consistently high quality across all restaurants. Every meal felt refined and carefully prepared. There were also plenty of fun and engaging activities available, not only for children but for adults as well, which made the stay even more enjoyable and dynamic. What really made the stay stand out was the staff — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Susesi Luxury Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday. I would happily return!”
