“This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was an incredible holiday! The hotel is immaculately clean, the food is outstanding, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Their friendliness and attention to detail really make all the difference. The location is perfect, with Protaras just a short walk away. The bay directly in front of the hotel is crystal clear and ideal for snorkelling, making it a fantastic spot to relax and explore. If you’re considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to return!”

“This hotel was 10/10. From incredibly friendly and attentive staff, beautiful pool area and fantastic food. Myself and my whole family are vegan. We booked this hotel as we heard it was accommodating, but that was an understatement. A waitress made the restaurant manager aware of being vegan, who then arranged for us to speak to the chef. The chef enthusiastically told us he would arrange for us to have desserts and options for every meal, and really put us at ease, as sometimes you can feel like such an inconvenience and spend the whole holiday eating chips and salad. They ordered in vegan sausages for breakfast, mayonnaise, coconut yoghurt and made things on request such as vegan pancakes for breakfast and special dessert for evenings (that weren’t just sorbet or fruit salad!). Allergens were clearly labelled on the buffet and dishes marked as vegan on the lunch menu. The food was top notch. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms were lovely, clean and modern. The view from the balcony with sea view was spectacular and the pool area was the best I’ve ever been in. It was such a relaxing trip and the staff really made it special. Thank you so much!”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is ideal—just a 10–15 minute walk from the Protaras strip, so you’re close enough to enjoy everything, but still far enough away to relax in peace. The views are absolutely incredible, and having such beautiful beaches right on site made the whole stay feel extra special. One morning we even woke up at 5:15 to watch the sunrise, and it was absolutely amazing—completely worth the early start. One of the highlights for me was the on-site yoga sessions with Jennifer. She was amazing—so welcoming and encouraging, even though I was far from a natural! The food was outstanding throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful—they really went above and beyond. And I have to mention my favourite touch: the daily chocolate delivery to our room at 6:15 every evening. Such a small detail, but it made each day feel a little more special—I’m definitely going to miss that! The only slight downside was that the rooms aren’t very soundproof. We stayed on the ground floor and could hear quite a bit from the room above—although it may just have been down to having particularly noisy neighbours. Overall, an unforgettable stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.”

“The Sunrise Jade is the perfect hotel. All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best holiday. Andreas and his team in the restaurant are absolutely lovely and give so much attention to detail and service. The food is excellent - fresh and so much to choose from. The barman Nickolas is so knowledgeable and literally can make you any drink - nothing is too much trouble. Maria at the Ginger also works very hard and really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a very special night - the food is excellent. we have been coming to the Sunrise hotels for over ten years and they all hold special memories for us, although the Jade has our heart now as its location is the perfect place for a quiet chilled holiday for us we are hoping to be back again before the season ends.”

“A nice, quiet and peaceful hotel with amazing views on the bay (recommended booking sea view room and watching sunrise in the morning). A buffet breakfast was great with plenty of options (fresh bread, pastry and omelette were highlights for us) and good coffee. Really pleasant swiming pool areas. Cool and relaxing yoga, meditation and stretching sessions. Plenty of parking spaces (basement garage). Plus you can walk along the coast any direction to beautiful beaches and coastal bays, or just to the Protaras town. Definitely recommend it!”
