What Guests Loved
- The hotel’s position allows for immediate entry to the sandy coastline, providing guests with a seamless transition between the manicured pool grounds and the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
- The central swimming facility features a large lagoon shape with integrated bridges and varied depths, accommodating both serious swimmers and guests looking for a relaxed cooling-off period.
Things to Consider
- Due to its prime beachfront location and popularity with families, the pool area and public spaces can feel crowded during the peak July and August holiday window.
- The guest rooms and common areas maintain a more classic aesthetic that, while well-maintained, may feel less contemporary compared to the newer minimalist boutique hotels recently established in the area.

Reviews from Google“If you are willing to pay a premium price to ensure a comfortable and worry-free vacation for yourself and your family, unfortunately, this hotel is not the right choice. We booked two rooms and had to contact the reception almost every day because of basic issues. The first room had a strong musty smell, and the replacement room was located next to the elevators, where the noise was constant throughout the day. We also experienced problems with the shower and the refrigerator, and the housekeeping service was inconsistent. On one occasion, our room was left uncleaned, while on others the towels were either not replaced or were taken away without clean ones being provided, forcing us to contact reception again. For a hotel in this category and price range, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance, organization, and service. The food also fell short of our expectations, particularly the quality and preparation of the seafood dishes served at dinner. If this had been a lower-category hotel at a significantly lower price, these shortcomings might have been understandable. However, for a hotel that charges premium rates, the value for money is, in our experience, very poor. For all of these reasons, we cannot recommend this hotel.”
“Definitely not a modern 5 star hotel. The rooms are ok but not cleaned properly. The lighting is trying to be high tech but it doesn’t work properly, If done correctly, could be good. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The decor in the hotel gives a good impression but is very dated. Staff not particularly helpful at reception, talk to you like your an inconvenience. Extra charge for late check out. No plug for hairdryer in room, have to ask reception for the adaptor. The selection of food for the meals isn’t very varied. Flys all over the cold meats at breakfast. Breakfast also ends at 10am which is early when on holiday. The location is nice on the beach and the pool area was nice, the water was really cold!”
“We recently spent two nights at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. While it is a 5-star establishment, it is important to have the right expectations. The Highlights: Exceptional Service: The standout feature was the incredible politeness of every single staff member. A special thank you for the free upgrade to a sea-view room during check-in; it was a lovely gesture that we truly appreciated! Value for Money: The prices across all hotel facilities are very affordable. Both the breakfast and the buffet meals were very decent and high quality. Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent location, which is one of its strongest points. A Fair Assessment: The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, but it does show visible signs of wear and tear due to its age. The rooms are simple—perfectly adequate for the area—but they lack modern luxury. Important Note: If you arrive with extremely high expectations for a brand-new luxury resort, you will certainly find things to criticize. However, based on the price we paid, the experience was fully worth it and met our expectations completely. Thank you for your hospitality!”
“Very nice outdoor and indoor swimming pools. I stayed here with my family from May 15–19 for a wedding. At first, I was not very impressed, but the experience became much better thanks to a friendly pool attendant. He was very welcoming, professional, and knew how to communicate well with visitors. Such a kind and respectful young man who made us feel comfortable during our stay. The red short boys”
“Huge hotel, good location by the sea, spacious rooms. We stayed for 5 days, overall it was okay. The food was average and more like quantity over quality and don’t expect good coffee, even if we had one in the lobby in a bar it was quite bad and very expensive. On the other hand, drinks in the lobby were good and not so expensive. Rooms were okay, we had beautiful view of the beach but one of our group members had troubles with very noisy neighbours and couldn’t sleep at night, the walls were very thin. The staff tried to help her solve this problem though. The hotel is very big but has only 2 small elevators so sometimes it takes long to move around, you can use stairs but for those who cannot this was a bit annoying and we weren’t even there in peak season when the hotel is full. The pool and beach area were the best part of the hotel I would say, just few steps from the hotel. We also tried the gym, it’s very simply but good enough as many hotels don’t event have one. We also had a baby in the group and the hotel seemed child-friendly. Location was good, we came from Larnaca with a shuttle company and right next to the hotel is a busy street with shops, restaurants, bars and everything you need.”
