“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at SUNRISE Alora Aqua Park Resort. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was outstanding. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to the animation team for creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Habiba deserves special recognition—she was absolutely amazing with the children. All the kids adored her, and her kindness and energy made our vacation even more enjoyable. The swimming pools were exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. My only small suggestion is that the main food could be improved a little. However, the desserts were absolutely incredible—far beyond our expectations! Overall, it was a wonderful experience that is definitely worth trying, and we will certainly be coming back.”

“The hotel is a large and spacious resort with plenty of water slides and a great variety of activities for both children and adults. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The animation team is polite and not pushy, creating a pleasant atmosphere without being intrusive. We had booked a family room with two separate bedrooms. However, when we checked in, we were initially given one large room without the additional bedroom. After a brief conversation with the reception staff, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were moved to the correct room with separate bedrooms. The room was spacious enough for four people, offered plenty of storage space, and had a balcony overlooking the mosque.”

“The Hotel is clean and tidy, the food was the best food we have had at a buffet and loved how much there was to choose at the à la carte restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and also very funny. A huge thank you to Hope! Not only is she super helpful and efficient, but she also has such a great sense of humour — she kept us smiling and laughing the whole time. She made us feel completely welcome, relaxed, and right at home, like we were visiting a friend rather than just getting service. She listened to what we needed, sorted everything out smoothly, and turned the whole experience into something really enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who balances great service with such a fun, friendly vibe. Hope is a real gem — we’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I visited my family, 11 of us all together. The staff were friendly and always happy to be of service. Especially Rezk at reception, who was very accommodating and extremely helpful! He was our go to guy if we had any questions. The hotel grounds are well kept and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We also were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated! Overall we had a wonderful stay and happily recommend the hotel to others!”

“From start to finish we had an amazing time at the hotel. The check in was easy enough with our bags taken to our room. The room itself was amazing with plenty of space and balcony with amazing views over all the pools and the sea. Our housekeeper Emad was brilliant, so friendly and couldn't have done more to help us. A real credit to your company. Food was good in the main buffet restaurant and a big shout to to Ahmed who looked after us all holiday making sure we had what we needed and always getting a table ready for us when we arrived. He also arranged for us to have dinner in the Egyptian restaurant which was nice to try different foods for the first time, with great service. We also ate in the Indian and Italian restaurants which were great too. The hotel facilities were excellent, massive range of pools for all ages, great beach too. Evening entertainment was good with kids disco and various shows. We had an amazing time made even better by Emad and Ahmed. A beautiful resort and would definitely come again.”
