“Had a lovely stay at the Story Hotel Malmö. We arrived early, and Alva was so helpful with storing our luggage and helping us learn a bit about the town. She later remembered us and was always a friendly face. Everyone else was nice too. The view from our comfortable roomwas wonderful, and the bed was comfy. In addition, the breakfast is fabulous. The offerings might be the same every day, but there are a bunch of options, even for my husband who is vegetarian.”

The room was comfortable and well equipped, the staff were friendly, and the location was great for exploring Malmö. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.”

“Beautiful and clean hotel with a great view. The rooms are modern and well furnished, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’m giving four stars instead of five because of two minor issues: there was no coffee machine at breakfast, only filter coffee, and the shower design was not very practical. The bathroom itself is stylish and modern, but after showering, a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor because the partition is not designed very well.”

“A great hotel in Central Malmö. The rooms are really nice and modern with all the facilities need for your stay. The service is good especially in the reception. The breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area are the only things worth noting as a small minus to the quality.”

“We stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience. Sea view room was lovely and, most importantly, the room was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast foods ans the view! Close enough to walk to spots we wanted to go to. Main issue was the bathroom - very little toiletry space and the shower was not a comfortable experience, something my family members who stayed in other rooms also expressed frustration with. I don't understand the design, to not get water everywhere you kinda had to figure out an uncomfortable positioning of the body and showerhead (overall not a huge deal but if I had stayed more than 2 nights it would get really annoying). Staff were very helpful.”
